The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Room facilities. The food.
The fact that a wedding was taking place meant no carparking, i am disabled and this was a major issue. Also could not get into the bar as it was being used for wedding. As we paid £40 for car parking and car park was full.
Fantastic facilities bed was comfortable room was excellent
We booked a double was put in a twin but they did give us free parking and free drink at the bar as apologise.
Breakfast was very good also it was good to be able to have our dog with us in the bar area. My husband is celiac and the staff were very good at getting anything he needed
The scrambled eggs wer the only thing not quite up to standard, far to runny.

Hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly,the room we had was spotless & the perfect size ( you get what you book) the food at the hotel was absolute first class, all in all we will definitely be booking again asap

No full length mirror for the wife ( to be honest I couldn't care) so this isn't anything really that negative
Location perfect, reception bar and restaurant very modern
I would have liked more choice of breakfast, pastries yogurt
Clean an drinks were reasonable an so was parking
Room was comfortable, clean and had a fridge.
Evening meal was very good and hot.
Paying extra for parking, extra to use the pool etc when you are paying a premium for room.
Breakfast plentiful but sadly only luke warm even though it was on a hot plate.
