Stayed numerous times before and the last time was not great. Will not book again
Pros:

Breakfast was good but as we were in the bar area with a dog no one attended to the table for dirty plates etc. Location is excellent.

Cons:

Room was not ready for the agreed 3pm. No dog bed supplied yet we paid £25 for the dog.

We booked small so our fault
Extremely hot and just had a desk fan that was filthy and blew out lots of dust when first used

The view was perfect looking over the lake

Cons:

It was on a steep bank so it was quite difficult for people with walking difficulties including my mother, so we had to order a taxi every day to bring us back up the bank to the hotel at £5 a day.

bed and room very comfy and clean

Cons:

£10 a day parking charge and also a charge to use the spa facilities. Usually the pool is usually included in the cost of your stay in other Hotels
