Es gab KEINE Klimaanlage wie beschrieben. Wir bekamen erst auf Verlangen einen Ventilator. Zimmer nicht besonders sauber. Zerrissener Bettanzug.Der Gang wurde nie gereinigt während unseres Aufenthalt, war recht schmutzig haben es auch gemeldet. Frühstück für 22.00 Euro zu teuer. An einem Tag gab’s fast keine Früchte die Bananen waren dunkelbraun.

Lokalizacja OK. Ładny budynek.

Cons:

Mieliśmy pokój rodzinny - 2 dorosłych, 2 dzieci. Ku naszemu zaskoczeniu w pokoju rodzinnym.łazienka była bez drzwi! Żeby jedna osoba mogła się wykąpać, reszta musiała zbierać się po drugiej stronie pokoju, żeby nie oglądać osoby kopiącej się w lustrze. Rozumiem takie atrakcje w pokoju dwuosobowym, ale rodzinnym?? Poza tym, klimatyzacja nie nadążała za ledwie 25 stopniami za oknem.

Die Nähe zum Zentrum und das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Wir waren schon mehrfach in dem Hotel und waren dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht da die Klimaanlage in kein Zimmer (wir sind dreimal umgezogen) funktioniert hat.
Bei 41° Außentemperatur und 33° im Zimmer ist das absolut eine Katastrophe.
Uns wurde gesagt dass sie nicht kaputt ist sondern einfach die warmen Temperaturen nicht schafft.
Da unter unserem Zimmer da McDonald's ist war es unmöglich das Fenster offen zu halten bis 2:00 Uhr in der Früh. Ein weiteres Zimmer war zum Hof hin da war aber auch Lärm bis nach 23:00 Uhr durch z.B. Container schieben.

Schönes Hotel in der Altstadt
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, 5 Minuten von der Frauenkirche und 10 Minuten von der Semperoper entfernt.
Die Zimmer sind modern und ansprechend eingerichtet.
Das Personal ist super freundlich, das Frühstück vielfältig und lecker.

Cons:

Leider kommt die Klimaanlage im Hotel bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad allmählich an ihre Grenzen.

Große geräumige, saubere Zimmer, top Lage, freundliches Personal. Preis/Leistung super!Parkhaus gleich nebenan mit Ermäßigung vom Hotel, kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Getränkeautomat im Hotel

Cons:

Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und es war wahnsinnig heiß im Zimmer.
Der Kühlschrank hat auch nicht funktioniert.
