Pros:

Dresden ist eine sehr schöne kulturelle Stadt. Das Hotel super gelegen ,man kommt überall gut zu Fuss hin.

Good location for sightseeing
Pros:

Great location in the centre with good transport links.
Large rooms. Nice to have a fridge available
Staff was excellent and very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

Aircon didn't feel like it was working well.
Shower very tight and awkward, no door to bathroom.
Could do with a bit of TLC, the curtains were dirty and it all felt a little tired.

Gute Location... kann man sich gerne nochmals antun
Pros:

Die Location war sehr gut - direkt am Strietzelmarkt (es fand gerade das Frühlingsfest statt und daher etwas laut bis ca. 21 Uhr, also kein Problem für die Nacht) und es gibt eine Haltestellt direkt vor dem Gebäude. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren grosszügig. Das Frühstück war gut, viel Auswahl, es gab frisch geschnittenen Parmaschinken (je nach Person von hauchdünn bis sehr dick geschnitten), jedoch sollte man nicht zu spät essen gehen, denn sonst hat es kein Brot mehr ... Brötchen gab's genügend. Als Alternative für die Zwischenreinigung gab's einen Gutschein für das Café im Erdgeschoss, auch wenn der Herr, der dort bedienen sollte, weder Lust zur Arbeit noch zum Auskunft geben hatte - schwierig, wenn man nicht weiss, was man mit dem Gutschein einlösen kann.

Cons:

Es gab im Vorfeld eine Email mit der Bitte um den Meldeschein auszufüllen. Dies ging aber nur mit Passport und da wir mit der Identitätskarte gereist sind, konnte wir das nicht. Im Hotel hat man uns dann gesagt, dass es keinen Meldeschein braucht - daher verstehe ich nicht, warum ich mehrmals per Email die Aufforderung erhalten habe, diesen auszufüllen. Es gab immer wieder mal einen "Kampf" mit dem Personal, wo man sich zum Frühstück hinzusetzen hatte, auch wenn der Raum praktisch leer und der entsprechende Tisch gedeckt war. Es fehlte oft Geschirr / Gläser / Tassen, welche man beim Personal erfragen musste. Es gab keine Badezimmertüre... alles offen. Die Toilette hingegegen hatte netterweise eine Türe.

Loved the location and the general vibe of the area.
Pros:

Fantastic location, right in the Altmarkt. Also close to various types of public transport. Also, a street jazz festival was on during my stay

No real issues, fairly basic rooms

Great location.
Pros:

Great location. A three minute walk to the old section.

Cons:

Weird entrance where you went up a flood in a separate elevator to check in. Not a big deal, but unique.

Schönes Hotel für ein paar Tage in Dresden.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Parken ist an der Prager Straße zu moderaten Preisen möglich.
Das Gebäude macht eine opulenten Eindruck. Das Treppenhaus ist beeindruckend.
Das Personal ist freundlich und unkonzentriert.
