Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption war zwar nicht unfreundlich, aber nicht herzlich - man fühlte sich nicht wirklich willkommen.
Eher als Gast einer Massenabfertigung. Die Anlage selbst war sehr sauber, das Mobilehome leider nicht sonderlich. Außerdem gab es keine zusätzlichen Müllsäcke oder Toilettenpapier. Auf der Anlage gibt es zwar Lokale und Essensangebote, welche aber absolut überteuert sind (1 Eiskugel 2,70€!!!) außerdem gibt es keinerlei regionale Mahlzeiten was ich etwas schade fand. Meiner Meinung nach wäre ein kleines Restaurant oder ein Verkaufsstand, welches durch externe Unternehmer geführt wird, mit Cevapcici usw besser geeignet, da der kroatische Charme überhaupt nicht zu finden ist auf der Anlage.

Pros:

Tutto, la posizione della mia casa vicino al parco giochi e al mare era stupenda.

Cons:

Controllerei più spesso i piccoli dettagli di ogni struttura, come ad esempio la luce esterna che non funzionava, il frigo dal forte rumore e l’acqua estremamente calda della doccia poco sicura per i bambini. Per il resto è stato tutto meraviglioso. Sarebbe bello se i bar aprissero prima delle 11 per chi si sveglia presto e desidera andare a bere un caffè o fare colazione fuori.

Ai miei ragazzi sono piaciute molto le piscine, i ristoranti lovor grill e kanula. Chef eccezionali.
Efficentissimo il servizio delle mobile homes.

Cons:

Meno cordiale il personale della piscina. Alla prenotazione fatta a gennaio per 10 giorni a giugno erano previsti i servizi alle piscine di sdraio e ombrelloni. L'ultimo giorno del soggiorno ci viene chiesto di pagare per ombrelloni e sdraio. Ho detto che all'atto della prenotazione erano gratuiti, ma mi è stato risposto che da quel giorno si doveva pagare 20€ per due sdrai e ombrellone. Non mi sembra corretto visto che all'atto della prenotazione non era segnalato come un servizio a pagamento, a differenza del servizio lavanderia che era specificato.
Se la direzione cambia idea in corso lo deve applicare a chi esegue la prenotazione da quel momento. Per fortuna era l'ultimo giorno.

We had a wonderful stay at Maistra Camping Valkanela in Funtana.

The location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The facilities were very well maintained, clean, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation.
The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the service, the quality of the facilities, and the great location. We would definitely recommend Maistra Camping Valkanela and would be happy to return in the future.
