Pros:

The location is good and easy to get Metro, RER, SNCF.
The Gare de Nord and Gare de l'Est can be reached in five minutes. The staph is useful and collaborative.

Cons:

Too hot in summer days due to the lack of air conditioning.
To much noise from the streets.

Atendimento excelente, com muita educação e solicitude. Quarto simples, mas aconchegante, com cama confortável, banheiro privativo limpo e chuveiro com água forte (havia um pequeno vazamento que espalhava um pouco a água no banheiro, mas nada sério). Wi-Fi bom.

Chambre très petite, non climatisée, température intenable dans la chambre et fenêtre donnant sur un balcon commun à plusieurs chambre donc impossible à ouvrir la nuit pour des raisons de sécurité (n'importe quelle personne peut s'introduire dans la chambre). Donc soit on dort pas en laissant la fenêtre ouverte, soit on dort pas car fenêtre fermée il fait trop chaud.
Par ailleurs les parties communes sont très très défraichies.

Hôtel très bien placé pour se déplacer dans Paris avec chambre agréable et personnel gentil
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel face à un arrêt de bus et près des RER. Bon restaurant et boulangerie tout à côté.
La disposition de la chambre, notamment tables de nuit, grands miroirs, placards.

Cons:

Installation de la climatisation et meilleure aération de la salle de bain.
Je suffoquais par moment sous la douche.
Proposer du pain aux graines au petit-déjeuner.
