Great short stay for a Business trip
Pros:

I could get food as per my dietary restrictions. The room was neat and clean. Nice and friendly staff.

Vivanta should focus on controlling hygiene and improving guests relationships

Close to the intended location, green around

Cons:

Breakfast is ordinary and guests are not taken care of well. Cold food.. Even the evening buffet is not worth the price.. Even if u r among the first guests for buffet, some of the dishes are cold. Rooms look old and not very clean. Most often new towels are stinky. Shower gel stinks like drainage.. informed hi housekeeping but no action taken!

Expensive but comfortable stay close to the airport
Pros:

I just booked the hotel for my flight the next morning. I did not get the chance to explore the hotel, but I did get an upgrade to the suite.

Cons:

It's very pretty from afar. when you look closer you see that it's not always well done or the building is a bit older. The room smelled a bit.

Cons:

We had booked two rooms and we reached at 14.00 pm . It took us 30 minutes to check in and second room was given to us after three hours which is very bad experience.

Good place
Pros:

Breakfast was nice. Looked like a lot of variety. I couldn't even see what they had.

Cons:

The only thing I felt bad about was, although I had a plaster on my fractured foot no one came to offer help.

Pros:

Vikas from the Food and Beverage service team and the night reception team on the 07th September and the ladies who helped us with check out on the 10th September. Service was spot on and attention to detail for Vikas was exceptional.

Uncomfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, but service like coffee was really slow. They just have 1 coffee machine to serve so many people

Cons:

No hot water in the shower at all. Beaker for heating water for coffee was also leaking so no coffee in room too. TV remotes were not working. Food arrived cold in the room.
