Avoidable at any cost.
Cons:

Staff was unprofessional and attitude was unacceptable. Breakfast is a big no, even after paying extra for breakfast no tables available and after all this cooking and bakery staff don’t want to serve you. Will ignore you, won’t take order will pass by you to serve someone else order. Will see you by side eye that you have left the place or not. Pathetic service, ruining TAJ’s name.

Very good
Pros:

Had a very good experience staying for 5 days. Restaurant staff is very courteous and polite. Nisha at the tea service corner had been very sweet and cheerful.

Family Time
Pros:

I visited Creo with my family, and the food and ambience were absolutely amazing! The buffet spread had an excellent variety, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. A special thanks to Bishan ji, Vikram, Rahul, and Amandeep for their wonderful hospitality

Everything is perfect. The swimming coach Mr Lalit Kumar is very good and patient. Has solutions for all issues and ensures that one succeeds in becoming a good swimmer.

Very deeply disappointing

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Taj Vivanta. I chose this property to celebrate my wife’s birthday because of the brand’s reputation and the commitments made by the hotel staff before our arrival. Unfortunately, none of those promises were fulfilled.

Despite informing the hotel in advance about this special occasion, the arrangements that were assured to us were either ignored or not provided at all. This completely spoiled what was meant to be a memorable and precious celebration for my wife.

As a premium hospitality brand, I expected professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for guest commitments. Instead, I experienced poor coordination, lack of accountability, and a complete failure to deliver on what was promised.

A special occasion cannot be recreated once it is lost. I trusted Taj Vivanta to make my wife’s birthday memorable, but the experience turned out to be deeply disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future guests do not face similar situations.

Overall, this experience did not meet the standards expected from the Taj brand, and I regret choosing this property for such an important occasion.

Stay in Taj Vivanta
Pros:

Had an excellent dining experience thanks to Vikram and Rahul. Both were incredibly humble, polite, and attentive throughout our meal. The service was top-notch and made the whole evening feel warm and welcoming. Great hospitality — definitely made us want to come back again!
