Great value for money hotel with good cafe and pool.
Pros:

Good cafe , staff is great , very close to aero city , clean cozy hotel with all facilities such as pool and spa and a bar .

Cons:

Nothing major to highlight. Valet service can be improved .

Staff needs a lot of training , the breakfast lacks soul - specially the baked item 95% was stale.
Pros:

The room and the Shower room was spacious - the cooling and view was a plus at the price. However in room services were not upto the mark , the staff was rather absent whenever we needed them.

Cons:

Room service and Kitchen service was very slow . Rather Staff is not trained well with their SOW. We had to change our room due to wet spotting on the sofa and room being damp and smelly it was given to us anyway without anyone prior checking it. the dustbin were changed and kept in the center of the room , the bed side table was having dust lining at the bottom. The bags reached our room after 25mins of check in plus one bag missing . Despite this i was told you forgot your cabin bag at the reception wherein i was told to leave it for pickup.

Pros:

Very nice hotel. Food excellent. Courteous and helpful staff.

Cons:

There should be a children's playroom. Otherwise it can be a little boring for children.

Cozy hotel near to Delhi T3
Pros:

Professional attitude of the team. Cleanliness, Breakfast spread. Proximity from the sec 21 metro station. It's just 800 mtr from the metro and you can walk. Otherwise inr 50 is the charge for an ev richkwa and 250 for hotel cab. It's a 5 minute ride from T3 to sec 21 Dwarka.
