Pros:

I liked how convenient they were to my sister’s house. Housekeeping was amazing. Kept up on our room being clean and fresh towels. They need a raise.

Cons:

I had to clean the pool because there were a bunch of trash and bugs in it. The ac was loud as heck and the blinds wouldn’t close all the way.

It was very pleasant other than room #120.
Pros:

The facility was nice! The staff were wonderful! I actually came down from Arkansas to stay a few days due to my stepdad who lives local, having a heart attack. They were nice enough to give us a room on the bottom floor so we wouldn’t have to move our stepdad much once he was released.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was the room. The room itself was perfect! The location of the room 0/10! There is a door right next to the room (120) that leads to the stairs and EVERYTIME someone closed the door, it slams and you can hear it all through the day and night and it’s like it shakes the room. Plus you can hear every foot step taken on the stairs. I got woken up so many time throughout the night.

Super comfortable, not very organized.
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable, we booked last minute for a night and were overall impressed.

Cons:

We were initially given the key to the wrong room which was occupied by someone else. Was rather embarrassing but everyone was a good sport about it.

I appreciate both Best Western of Benbrook and Booking.com.
Pros:

No hotel availability within 25 miles of my training location. Benbrook (30 mi.) was east but offered a good stay at a decent price although I arrived without a reservation. Best Western did me right and I appreciated it.

Cons:

The unexpected drive, not the hotel’s fault.
