Cons:

Ac not working was semi blamed on texas heat, i live in a way more humid place with same heat levels. The vent for shower was falling off the ceiling, light was flickering as well. Water pressure was non existent, and the showrr head plus faucet were loose. I brought the ac to the attention of the staff, they replaced the units pad with us being out and no warning of entey......the biggest thing is a man finally answered the front counter with nothing but a towel on when my 16 year old daughter was asking for toilet paper......not ok, in the slightest.

Great place!
Pros:

Super friendly staff. Entire facility looked and smelled so clean as soon as you walked in. Room was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. Great price and location. Will stay again!

Pros:

I liked how convenient they were to my sister’s house. Housekeeping was amazing. Kept up on our room being clean and fresh towels. They need a raise.

Cons:

I had to clean the pool because there were a bunch of trash and bugs in it. The ac was loud as heck and the blinds wouldn’t close all the way.

It was very pleasant other than room #120.
Pros:

The facility was nice! The staff were wonderful! I actually came down from Arkansas to stay a few days due to my stepdad who lives local, having a heart attack. They were nice enough to give us a room on the bottom floor so we wouldn’t have to move our stepdad much once he was released.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was the room. The room itself was perfect! The location of the room 0/10! There is a door right next to the room (120) that leads to the stairs and EVERYTIME someone closed the door, it slams and you can hear it all through the day and night and it’s like it shakes the room. Plus you can hear every foot step taken on the stairs. I got woken up so many time throughout the night.
