Disappointing hotel facility in an otherwise great location.

Great Location, Friendly Staff tried their best to accommodate despite the shortcomings of the building.

Cons:

The facility has aged badly and needs renovation desperately. First two rooms offered upon arrival was mouldy with leaky air-conditioning. On requesting change, they offered a third room on another floor which was just ok. The bathroom had cockroaches coming out at night. The construction work happening in the building is noisy until 2 am in the morning. To be fair they offered to change room subject to availability, but we already had enough and wanted to badly finish the stay and check out.

Good location but the renovation was ongoing with bad smell of chemicals. No sign or apology for the situation. Public bathroom in the hotel lobby with poor cleaning maintenance. No toilet papers even, you have to go back up to the room and suffer the smell. Cant do a quick trip. The counter staff was just not very personable.

Cons:

Linen overall can be improved. You can tell its old. Not a very personable front desk staff, robots can do better.
