Good place for 1 night, basic breakfast
Pros:

The 24/7 reception was a great plus, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and featured a comfortable bed, as well as a convenient in-room safe box. The location is a bit far from the center, however, there is a mall right next door with a supermarket and plenty of restaurants, which was convenient.

Cons:

The room lacked proper ventilation; the only window was a tiny, sealed one in the bathroom, meaning the only way to get fresh air was by opening the main door. The breakfast provided was also very basic. Additionally, noise was a major issue. The hallway right outside the room is filled with tables where guests gather to eat and chat. I had to rely on earplugs just to get some peace.

Wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Noisy aircon. Towel size for little kids. Need adult size towels. Reception staff were ok, except had to wait in hot waiting area to be called even though rebooked. Walkins were somewhat accommodated first.

Pros:

I like how accommodating the staff are to some of our requests. The front staff, housekeeping and the security team were all professional and hard working.

Cons:

The air-conditioning in some of the rooms need servicing or maybe even changing as they're not getting cooler any more.
