I had the pleasure of staying and playing golf with 11 colleagues from Knock Golf Club,Belfast on the 8th -10th June 26
This is our 4th consecutive visit and once again we found the golf course to be in superb condition and just a pleasure to play on excellent fairways and greens. A total credit to the green keeping staff and course manager.
With regards to the hotel we found the facilities to be first notch with excellent food both at breakfast and dinner.
As a group we are already planning our return trip to a resort that is of great value. Keep up the good work Knightsbrook

The hotel was busy, but we didn't notice any noise from the party on the main floor. The room was comfortable and breakfast was great.
On a weekend break at the Knightsbrook, we were so looking forward to using the jacuzzi. It was out of order. I was told by members of the health club that it had been out of order for no less than four months so far.
They also informed me that this alleged 'out of order' status is in fact an annual event that happens every summer and that the general view among members is that the hotel simply turns the jacuzzi off in order to save money. It probably isn't broken at all because nothing takes four months to fix.
The Knightsbrook is charging health club members a very hefty annual membership fee in return for what is only a partial service. This has been going on for four months. The hotel continues to advertise on its website that guests who book an expensive stay at the Knightsbrook will have access to services including a jacuzzi, even though management know perfectly well that there has been no jacuzzi for four months and counting.
This is blatantly dishonest and misleading advertising and is not how a reputable business behaves.
The staff were really helpful, very professional competent and courteous. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. Breakfast although self service was excellent and staff provided anything that you needed which maybe wasn’t on display
pipe music in the main bar …. It was a piano, maybe needs to be updated

It was very nicely laid out
I was very unhappy with I was just about to go asleep and I kept hearing shouting and banging and when I went out to see there was two men screaming and punching eachother I felt very unsafe and uneasy and could not rest I had to baracade my door with a chair as I was frighten they would of start banging on all the doors

We had a wonderful stay at Knightsbrook Hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a large bed and lovely décor that made it feel relaxing and welcoming. Everything was well maintained, and the room had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and the comfortable, well-appointed room was a real highlight. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Knightsbrook. Thank you to Evdokia who made our stay extra special
The hotel is beautiful
So noisy, impossible to sleep and the spa very VERY dirty. I'm talking about seeing food and plasters floating in the pool... Disgusting
Played an open competition on the last bank holiday weekend with friends. The course was presented reasonably well and was well maintained but most of the first 15 holes were very forgettable and unremarkable. After the round we were surprised to be approached by a member of the club and be lectured on respect and etiquette for parking in what he thought was the wrong section of the car park for us to be parked in. Safe to say we won’t be back when we travel over and hour to play a mediocre course with members who have very high opinions of themselves and their course / club.

A top class venue and experience for our recent Society Captain's Weekend. The service and food were excellent and the course was in perfect condition. A very enjoyable weekend for all of our group.

The exterior did not match the description of a 4-star hotel. Apart from the reception staff, everyone just seemed lost, especially in the terrace lounge. None of them seemed to know what they were doing. They seemed to have never waited tables before took the order and disappeared, didn’t check to ensure anything was required or if everything was okay.
We sat in the lounge, and our order for food and drinks was taken around 15 minutes after we sat down. We ordered 2 starters and 2 main courses, one of these being a steak, the waitress did not follow the request for steak for a main with the question as to how I would like it cooked, I then at the end of the order had to state this. We then waited and waited and 25 minutes had passed and we still hadn’t received our drinks. There was a wedding on that day and the wedding guests were coming in to order drinks from the lounge and they were getting their drinks and leaving, ours still hadn’t arrived. I then went to the bar explained we had been waiting, and the barman just said okay, made the drinks and dropped them down, didn’t acknowledge the fact we’d waited 25 minutes for a coke and a pint. When he dropped the drinks down, one cocktail was ordered.
Around 10 minutes after this our food had arrived, 35 minutes after ordering, 1 starter was put down on the table along with the other persons main. We explained there was another starter, the waitress looked puzzled, bear in mind she took the order, another waitress then came with the starter. The main course was taken back to a tray at the bar, which I noticed to have had the other main course on it. While eating I closely watched to see if the main courses would stay and be used to serve us once we had finished our starters or if they would be taken away. Eventually they were lifted and placed in a hallway behind the bar. Our starters were then cleared and we sat waiting.
