Comfortable and Convenient for a Short Stay
Pros:

We stayed at GO Hotels Tacloban, which is conveniently connected to Robinsons Mall and only about 3 minutes away from ACE Hospital. There are also several banks and restaurants around the vicinity, making the location very practical.

The rooms are not the biggest, but the double bed is a good size and comfortable enough for two people. There was no storage space for luggage, and the area around the bed was quite tight, but honestly, it was not too bad, especially for a short 2-night stay.

The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, although some of the bathroom fixtures could use a bit of maintenance. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good.

Cons:

Apart from the room size, everything else was good.

Up there with one of the worst hotels we've stayed at.
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel, is the location. Close to the airport, and Robinson's Mall right next door.

Cons:

Arrived at 2pm for check in. Our room was not ready. 2:20pm, finally in our room. Room was tiny, very dark and dingy bathroom. Mould in the shower, dirty floors. No towels. Reception told us towels will be delivered at 6pm. 9pm, still no towels. Had to ask Reception to send us some towels. 9:15pm, finally had towels. We had a 12pm check out, but checked out as soon as we could. We will not be returning.

It was a comfortable stay - good value for my money!
Pros:

The check-in process was relatively easy and I was greeted by their professional staff. The room was pretty easy to find since it was the last room at the back side of the hotel, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were of adequate support for my neck.

Cons:

Minor gripe I had about the room is that the bidet got stuck on full when I used it and the drainage is a bit lackluster, it didn't drain properly even after leaving it for a few hours. The lights were bright enough but a bit dull for my needs.
