Okay to sleep in for a quick trip, but might consider other options in the future
Pros:

The hotel is located right next to the Robinsons Mall, which is very convenient in case you need to purchase anything (clothes, supplies, food, etc.). There is also plenty of shared parking at the property. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

Facilities are a bit dated, and it was quite hot in the lobby and hallways. The bed was spacious and comfortable, but the room was a bit cramped and dim, and no chair was provided for the folding desk. My room had a window facing the interior hallway, which should have been fine, but the curtain was too short so anyone could peek inside to see me - I was really concerned for my privacy. :( The breakfast was also delivered an hour later than requested.

Overall, it was not a pleasant stay, and unfortunately, we will probably not be coming back.
Pros:

The location is great, right next to the mall and not far from the airport.

Cons:

We booked this accommodation because of the affordable price and the very good reviews. Unfortunately, we couldn’t understand the positive reviews based on our experience.

The rooms were extremely small, and as a foreigner, I had barely enough space to sit properly on the toilet. The photos also give the impression that the rooms have windows. While that is technically true, the windows only face the hallway and do not provide any view or natural light from outside.

The rooms were also quite dirty. The floor in particular was not clean, and when we entered the room, we were immediately greeted by a few small cockroaches. Overall, the rooms also felt rather run-down, with damaged walls and other signs of wear and tear.

The air conditioning did not work properly either. In our room, the AC could barely cool the small room, even when set to the lowest temperature. In our friends’ room, it was exactly the opposite. Their room was freezing cold regardless of how they adjusted the AC.
