The staff were very warm and helpful.
I would definitely recommend stepping out onto the hotel terrace in the early hours of the morning to watch the hot-air balloons’ graceful dance against the backdrop of the magnificent view
Getting to the hotel by car is very difficult due to the narrow roads and lack of parking spaces.
The hotel staff do their best to help with this, but the parking problem is particularly acute at weekends.
Furthermore, particularly for those who like to sleep in the dark, the room becomes very bright as soon as the sun rises. The curtains are inadequate and do not manage to keep the room dark.

L’établissement a un charme fou, les terrasses panoramiques offrent une vue magnifique, la chambre troglodyte était confortable et impeccable, le petit-déjeuner est excellent et varié. Nous avons aussi apprécié l’amabilité et la disponibilité de Servet et de tous les autres membres du personnel qui ont été aux petits soins pour nous conseiller et rendre notre séjour agréable.
Reasonable and spacious cave rooms. Value for money
We stayed in the stone king suite since it looked more spacious than other rooms and is the biggest of the cave rooms available around. They were very helping from even before we reached. Readily available on WhatsApp to clear all our queries. They also sent us a 10 % discount coupon for balloon ride booking. They patiently sat with us explained all places to look around and how to plan out 3 day stay. Even food suggestions. Most of the restaurants, supermarkets and shops are walkable within 5-10 min max. Breakfast was reasonably good, staff was polite and generous. They serve complimentary evening tea with light snacks. Terrace is not very big but the view is good. We can view the balloons from our window as well. Room was spacious, cupboards very small, Bed was very cozy and comfortable for a good night sleep. Good for comfortable family stay. We felt like home.
Parking is an issue with all the hotels around that area but the reception staff was very helpful in assisting every time we left and came back.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location, the rooms, the atmosphere, and the hospitality were all outstanding. Every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable.
What impressed me the most happened after we had already checked out. I accidentally left my wallet at the hotel, and the managers Servet and Metin immediately found it, kept it safe, and kindly waited for me to come back and collect it. Their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help meant so much, especially since the wallet contained a large amount of cash.

Хорошее расположение , хорошие завтраки и особый респект за котят у входа-))) Чистые номера . Можно вечером разместится на крыше и хорошо провести время с любимым человеком за бокалом вина.
L'hôtel est un petit bijou : bien situé, très mignon, super petit déjeuner/tea time et personnel très aimable.. Nous avons eu un retard de vol et le personnel nous a trouvé une solution. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous sommes triste de quitter cet endroit. Merci !
Excellent location and awesome service (Metin and Servet were so helpful and friendly), staying here was like being in a cave oasis. The cave suite was great, so authentic yet comfortable. The huge bonus was the kittens.
