Best place, area to stay for long or shirt notice in MANNILLA !
Pros:

Great location for family meeting or solo vacation rest, has all the amminities you want with in 1 block walking distance, very safe, gym, mall , grocery store, movie theater, grub pickup at hotel door if need go elsewhere anytime, BEAUTIFUL LOCATION AND CLOSE TO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. PARTY SIDE MAKATI 15 MN AWAY. Breakfast is awesome!

Grreat for a short stay in crouded Manila
Pros:

just a one day stay visiting relations but the accommodation was adequate, clean and comfortable

My stay was great!!
Pros:

The location to the main mall is very accessible. The breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

There is no sofa bed. The staff need to bring the rolling bed.

Fairer Weise ist das Hotel sauber und ok, nur die schlechte Kommunikation und die falschen Informationen zur Ausstattung

Das Personal wirkt unmotiviert, mit wurde gesagt das der Pool für Club Mitglieder ist, obwohl dieser auf den Bildern war und auch in der Ausstattung gelistet ist. (Dreist)
Das gym ist nirgends ausgeschildert.
Netflix gibt es auch nicht, obwohl es gelistet war in der App.

What I liked most about the property was its excellent location. It was convenient to walk around Rockwell in the evening, with plenty of dining options, shops, and activities nearby. The area felt vibrant yet comfortable, making it easy to enjoy the neighborhood at any time of day. We were also impressed by the gym, which was well-maintained and equipped with high-quality machines, making it easy to keep up with our fitness routine during our stay.

Cons:

One downside was that there was occasionally an unpleasant odor coming from the Pasig River area when entering or leaving the hotel. In addition, guests staying on the lower floors with rooms facing the river may notice some traffic noise from the road below. While it was not a major issue for us, light sleepers may want to request a room on a higher floor or one facing away from the river for a quieter stay.

A very pleasant stay... good location... nearby shopping center and restaurants
Pros:

Apartment is connected to shopping centre via underground car park so no need to cross road. The area around the shopping centre is closed off to traffic until 7.30am and residents are seen doing their morning walks which my husband and I enjoy every morning. Rockwells is a nice neighbourhood. Staff was friendly and clean the apartment well

World class service with a smile
Pros:

We’ve had a wonderful stay here. Front desk staff was helpful & accommodating. They let us store our luggage, flowers, & food requiring refrigeration before checking in. Our housekeeper Clarence was very professional in servicing our room & providing us with necessary amenities. He was also helpful in showing us how to operate the shower. World class service with a smile is how I’d describe our accommodations here. Thank you.

Home away from home
Pros:

The staff is very accommodating on my requests. They extended an extra mile during our stay with having to bring up food delivery to our room. Also they are trustworthy as they respect the belongings of the guests. Also the place’s accessibility to power plant mall is just invaluable.

Cons:

I think the restaurant could improve better. Maybe revamp their menu. This has always been an issue to me. While the restaurant staff are all accommodating amiable their menu needs to improve.
