What I liked most about the property was its excellent location. It was convenient to walk around Rockwell in the evening, with plenty of dining options, shops, and activities nearby. The area felt vibrant yet comfortable, making it easy to enjoy the neighborhood at any time of day. We were also impressed by the gym, which was well-maintained and equipped with high-quality machines, making it easy to keep up with our fitness routine during our stay.

Cons:

One downside was that there was occasionally an unpleasant odor coming from the Pasig River area when entering or leaving the hotel. In addition, guests staying on the lower floors with rooms facing the river may notice some traffic noise from the road below. While it was not a major issue for us, light sleepers may want to request a room on a higher floor or one facing away from the river for a quieter stay.

Fairer Weise ist das Hotel sauber und ok, nur die schlechte Kommunikation und die falschen Informationen zur Ausstattung
Cons:

Das Personal wirkt unmotiviert, mit wurde gesagt das der Pool für Club Mitglieder ist, obwohl dieser auf den Bildern war und auch in der Ausstattung gelistet ist. (Dreist)
Das gym ist nirgends ausgeschildert.
Netflix gibt es auch nicht, obwohl es gelistet war in der App.

A very pleasant stay... good location... nearby shopping center and restaurants
Pros:

Apartment is connected to shopping centre via underground car park so no need to cross road. The area around the shopping centre is closed off to traffic until 7.30am and residents are seen doing their morning walks which my husband and I enjoy every morning. Rockwells is a nice neighbourhood. Staff was friendly and clean the apartment well

World class service with a smile
Pros:

We’ve had a wonderful stay here. Front desk staff was helpful & accommodating. They let us store our luggage, flowers, & food requiring refrigeration before checking in. Our housekeeper Clarence was very professional in servicing our room & providing us with necessary amenities. He was also helpful in showing us how to operate the shower. World class service with a smile is how I’d describe our accommodations here. Thank you.

Very basic place in a good location

curtains don’t close well, the shower is moldy, finishes are so poor, there is not even a plug next to the bed.

Pros:

The staff is very accommodating on my requests. They extended an extra mile during our stay with having to bring up food delivery to our room. Also they are trustworthy as they respect the belongings of the guests. Also the place’s accessibility to power plant mall is just invaluable.

Cons:

I think the restaurant could improve better. Maybe revamp their menu. This has always been an issue to me. While the restaurant staff are all accommodating amiable their menu needs to improve.

Pros:

Loved our stay here at aruga. It’s location, next to the powerplant mall, is incredibly convenient. The room is well designed, clean, and the inclusions are great. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Aruga . . . a home away from home.
Pros:

We have been staying at Aruga since 2015 every time we visit home. The staff from the front door, concierge, housekeeping & security are courteous & friendly. Clarence (housekeeping) & Airah (OTJ trainee) keeps our apartment meticulously clean, always asks us if we need anything & responds to our needs (facial tissues, bottled water, toilet paper, etc) immediately.
One day during our stay, the air conditioning unit in the living area broke down. The staff offered to move us to another unit right away. Since we were out for the day, we declined when we knew it would get fixed the same day. The air conditioner was back on upon our return .
Rollie Portudo, the security staff, in the tunnel always greets us with a warm smile every time. He helps us carry our groceries & other purchases without being asked. He is always a welcoming person when we come for a visit.
We look forward to our next visit & once again see the familiar faces of the staff.

Memorable birthday staycation
Pros:

We recently stayed at Aruga Apartments by Rockwell for a family staycation to celebrate my husband’s birthday with our grandchildren, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.

From the warm welcome at arrival to the smooth check-in and check-out, the staff’s genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The highlight was the surprise waiting in our room. Balloons, a delicious chocolate cake, and a heartfelt birthday song from the housekeeping team. It brought such a big smile to my husband’s face and made the celebration extra special.

Our grandchildren had a wonderful time, especially enjoying the swimming pool and the banana chips.

Aruga truly lived up to its name by creating a stay filled with care and thoughtful touches. We look forward to coming back and celebrating more milestones here.
