Categories

Cleanliness
6.8
Mixed reports: several guests described rooms and facilities as clean and 'exceptionally clean', but multiple serious issues were reported (ants on nightstand/pillow, dirty beds, wet floor from ceiling crack, tiny bugs), so cleanliness is below the target overall rating.
Service
8.5
Generally strong: staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful, and outstanding (counter staff, breakfast manager), though there were isolated service failures (no response after reporting dryer/smoke, front desk double-booking).
Location
8
Mostly positive: reviewers cited convenient, easily accessible location and nearby shops; one note about traffic increases travel time to DC but location is generally a strength.
Room Quality
6
Multiple room-quality problems reported: ceiling crack causing wet floor, noisy AC requiring room change, ants/bugs in rooms, uneven/poorly aligned doors and drawers, small beds and worn bathrooms — overall below average.
Amenities
7.8
Amenities are a mix: indoor pool and available breakfast/cafe praised, but issues noted (dryer smoking and not serviced, missing hair dryers, no outside seating area). Overall slightly above target due to popular pool/breakfast.
Value for Money
7.5
Mixed value signals: some guests said the price made minor issues acceptable and called it a great price; others reported billing issues (charged for included breakfasts). Overall aligns with the target rating.
Food and Beverage
8.2
Frequently praised: multiple guests called the breakfast amazing or very nice and noted all-day coffee/juice; isolated comment that breakfast wasn't good and cigarette smell affected dining for one guest.
Overall Experience
7.2
Overall mixed but leaning slightly positive: many guests had good or great stays (clean, good staff, breakfast, pool), balanced by recurring maintenance and cleanliness problems and occasional service failures, producing a slightly below-target overall impression.

I feel safe. It’s spacious and comfy. I’ll be back
Pros:

It’s convenient. I was displaced a few weeks. The front seat staff Ms.Mary went above and beyond to see that my family was settled and comfy. Ms.Lanika the breakfast attendant was friendly. I stay here often and we love our stay. It’s like family.

Cons:

Our refrigerator has a problem.

Pros:

Room was clean. Hot breakfast was good. Location was perfect. The mirror in the bathroom was really nice and great lighting

Cons:

I requested a early checkin which the hotel charged me $50.00 for unless you are a member. Then I get to the room and it is dirty. I immediately go back to the front desk and they had to give me another room different from what i booked. The pool was very cold so my kids didnt care for that much.

Appreciated the accommodations for the price and the convenience to all the places we wanted to stop
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. The bath towels were luxurious and thick. The breakfast was included and the staff that tended to the breakfast area was kind and kept everything very neat. The room was spotless. The customer service rep who checked us in was very personable.

Cons:

The lightbulbs in the bedroom lamps were glaring; recommend not using LED bulbs in the sleeping areas. The toilet paper holder and the shower curtain holder were both coming out of the wall. I realize that not all guests are careful, but this should be checked and repaired regularly.
