Large room for my family of 5!
The floor outside of our room had a large sticky spot on it and the bed spread smelled like someone else’s perfume

I was disturbed at 3:30 AM by the front desk person to see if l was in the right room. It woke up my entire family and made our stay very bad.
They never gave us thw room rtpe reserved, they qerent helpful. We had booked a 2 queen and sofa bed and thwy put us in a kinh room dor 5 ppl saying there were no more rooms. The fuy at the front desk waa high.

Location was the only pro
I didn't like the fact I reserved a king suite and was given a queen room. Front desk stated booking.com over booked. The shower was slippery and unkept. I noticed a spill by the elevator the evening I checked in and on the following day the spill was still there with a wet floor sign. Hotel was not to my expectations and I work for Choice hotels. Very disappointing. Front desk staff was rude and dismissive.
