We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and our stay.
Pros:

The whole place was clean and well-maintained. Our room was perfect for our family of six; it was large, clean, and the pullout bed worked very well for us. Breakfast was pretty normal for a hotel, so all expectations were met or exceeded.

A horrible experience

From starters as soon as u checked in the room I was first assigned to 302 was not clean no towels in the bathroom trash still in the can and ac not working also there was a industrial fan in the middle of the floor the room smelled horrible the second room I checked in had towels but later that night o spotted a bed bug I went and checked out I had booked to stay from Saturday till Tuesday for my birthday weekend but don’t the horrible conditions I left the early morning at 6 am I was traveling with small kids and woke them up out there sleep to leave I have sent the manager of this hotel a email I also called and no answer or return call tomorrow this hotel sucks so don’t waste your money on it the pictures are not what u get

Room wasn’t very clean, breakfast was decent.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and tried hard to make us comfortable.

Cons:

The first room they gave us had a broken AC and was 90 degrees. The new room had all black ashes on our bed and and pillows were yellow/stained

My room was not available. My family was sent to the only two queen room available in the air conditioning was not working. They offered me a king room that was filthy.

Stopped on the way to OBX
Pros:

We stopped for a one night stay on our way to the Outer Banks, the kids loved the pool, we enjoyed breakfast and my wife liked that it was a 2 room suite, the ice machine was great to restock our cooler in the morning.

Cons:

The mini fridge froze most of our fresh produce we were trying to bring with us, guess I should have checked the temperature setting before we put our food in there.

Loved this place.
Pros:

Proximity to I-95. Esthetic exterior and interior design. Large and beautiful suite. Swimming pool right next to suite. Water was comfortably warm. Good TV experience. Very good breakfast, good coffee, good scrambled eggs and excellent sausage patties.

Cons:

Pool on the small side.

Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut!

Cons:

Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Weit haben 3x an der Rezeption um Hilfe gebeten, aber gekümmert hat sich niemand!

Cons:

We accidentally spilled a cup of coffee in the room. I cleaned it up with a towel and placed the towel in the bathroom with the other towels. We got home to find a $75 charge for the towel . I tried to call and was given an email address. I sent an inquiry and received no response . We have stayed here multiple times because we go that way visiting family. We will not stay here again , mostly because of no response or respect.
