Pros:

The location is excellent, right in front of Myeongdong Station, with airport limousine buses from Incheon Airport stopping nearby. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I also liked that I could open the window to let in some fresh air.
One thing to note is that two different hotels operate in the same building, so finding the correct reception for the first time can be a little confusing. The reception is on the 17th floor.

Short stay to visit the temples and Seoul tower.
Pros:

The location was really good as it was central to the main streets and close to all the markets. Walking distance to the palaces and to the N Seoul tower.

Cons:

Lifts were always incredibly busy as they were also used for the shopping centre on level 3. We had 4 separate rooms and all seemed to have issues using the plugs or the central panel which controlled the AC. Also the bath/shower wasn’t the best but that’s a personal preference.

Small but standard, byo pillow!
Pros:

It was great location, olive young and all other shopping right downstairs. Super convenient, close to the metro so if you need to check out other neighborhoods it wasn't too difficult. Rooms were small but I think standard for myeondong

Cons:

Wifi was really bad, not able to connect most times cause everyone is on it, pillows (though probably standard for korea) were so flat I had such a sore neck the whole trip, I even went to daiso and had to buy my own pillow
Bathrooms were tiny but I think standard for myeongdong
