Good but could have been better
Pros:

The rooms were spacious. The property was good

Cons:

Bathroom was not in good condition and there was a different kind of smell that kept coming. Breakfast was below average. The food quality and the variety not good. The location is bit inside Ubud.

Disappointed.
Pros:

The staff were very nice.

Cons:

Lots of noise late into the evening with large groups in communal areas being very disruptive. After some time, staff tried to stop this but were unable to do so because guests refused to listen and continued late into the night (pool and garden areas).

Pros:

Alittle assistance from the property when asked

Cons:

Very hesitant to attend to inquires,old place unlike displayed in photos .They said they have a welcome package but actually all is to be reserved a day before ??? Very less breakfast options,noisy at side of the road rooms,no value for money .

A fantastic and relaxing stay in Ubud with great amenities and warm hospitality.
Pros:

An amazing place to stay in Ubud. The free airport pickup was a great bonus, and the breakfast included in the price had a lovely variety. The swimming pool and garden seating area were also very enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Cons:

A bit of pushing for reviews specially when we checked in and were tired. Staff very humble but I guess they have a pressure of getting reviews. Please do this at check-out instead once the entire experience is over. :-)

Pleasant stay at Ubud Raya Boutique Hotel
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Ubud Raya Boutique Hotel. The room size was very spacious, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was good for the price and offered a nice start to the day.

Cons:

However, the property is quite old and would benefit from renovation. We also noticed quite a few bugs, so improved pest control would make a big difference to the overall comfort.

Les chambres ne ressemblent plus aux photos mises sur booking. C’est très vieux. L’hôtel était vide car nous sommes en basse saison à Bali et ils nous ont quand même mis dans une chambre à l’arrière de l’hôtel donnant sur un bidon ville. Il y avait une odeur épouvantable dans la chambre et cerise sur le gâteau nous avions demandé un lit bébé qui nous a été facturé 12€ (LE LIT A BARREAUX ÉTAIT NOIR DE CRASSE) et cassé… bref horrible nous sommes partis dans un autre hôtel… pas de remboursement possible … à fuir !!!!
