Pros:

Great location, and easy walk to international train station. Loved our stay here.

Cons:

No air-conditioning but thankfully was not too hot and the fan worked a treat.

La localisation, le professionnalisme des équipes (ménage accueil et service). Esthétique du bâtiment et de l’hôtel.

Ce n’est pas que je n’ai pas aimé mais petit point parfois pas évident c’est la température des chambres… heureusement les ventilateurs aident beaucoup

Cons:

Pas de climatisation, aucune insonorisation avec les voisins ( j’entendais la télévision et les ronflements de mon voisin), la salle de bain était vétuste ( rideau de douche, petit pommeau, bac à douche douche à l’ancienne)

Bon emplacement, bien pour un séjour court, mauvais petit dej et non adapté en cas de canicule.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, à deux pas de la gare et des commerces.

Cons:

L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'une climatisation, la VMC de la salle de bain ne semblait pas fonctionner, et nous étions dans un four si nous voulions fermer la porte ! En temps de canicule, on m'a assuré que l'hôtel mettait à disposition de quoi supporter la chaleur, un petit ventilateur de bureau ne suffisait à faire descendre la température pour dormir, heureusement l'orage nous a sauvé !
Le petit déjeuner est décevant, le café n'était vraiment pas bon.
Nous avons en plus pu assister à une scène entre les personnels de l'établissement...

Comfortable accomodation in a convenient location.
Pros:

Excellent location being a 10 minute walk from Gare Europe and close to the city centre. The room wasn't air conditioned which meant it was a bit hot during the heatwave that was going on at the time. The hotel did provide us with a cool spray aerosol which was a nice touch. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Room temperature.

Pros:

Très bien, les chambres et les salles de bain sont impeccables et on été refaite. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation, par contre ventilateur, vaporisateur et prise anti-moustique ! Ils sont aux petits soins.

Traditional hotel in perfect location!
Pros:

We absolutely loved this wonderfully traditional hotel. The location was fantastic, and the charming old-fashioned character of the place made our stay feel really special.

We happened to visit during a heatwave, with temperatures reaching 36 degrees, and while there is no air conditioning, our room was still very comfortable. The hotel provided a fan and even left a thoughtful little pack to help us stay cool and comfortable.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and all of the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The option to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out was also a fantastic bonus.

We loved Lille and would happily return to this hotel again.
