Perfecto si vas en coche y vuelas al día siguiente desde Heathrow.
Pros:

Buscábamos un hotel cercano a Heathrow para volar al día siguiente y resultó perfecto. El hotel está aislado pero en un entorno muy bonito. Las instalaciones están bien y el desayuno y la cena nos gustó.

Cons:

Es muy enrevesado. Nos dieron dos habitaciones alejadas una de otra y era complicado moverse por tanto pasillo, escalera, etc. Y no tiene aire acondicionado. Con las olas de calor cada vez más frecuentes deberían plantearse instalar aire acondicionado en las habitaciones

Would stay again if in the area again.
Pros:

Room was great and the staff I came into contact with were very helpful. Evening meal was good although the cooked breakfast option was basic at best but OK.

Great location but rooms are in severe need of a makeover.

Breakfast was fine. V good location.

Cons:

Poor lighting, not enough power points in the room, AC inadequate, carpet stained and tired. Room quite dated and needs an extensive makeover.

Incompetent staff, terrible conditions and a overarching greed for money

Cons:

There was loud music blasting until 2am. The floor of our room was shaking until 2:30 with rowdy guests until 3am. There was an ac unit in the room, but wasn't working and only blasted hot air. When confronted, the staff said there is no ac and the room wasn't advertised as such. Instead of being accountable and communicating this, the staff hide behind technicality.

Rooms shouldn't be available if you're hosting a party with crazy loud music. The staff kept making empty promises of 'it'll only be 30 more minutes' disgusting behavior. Apparently there was a manager but was unavailable for the 30 minutes I was at the front desk.

A scam of enormous proportions, disrespectful staff and shady establishment

Cons:

Incredibly loud music until 2am, unhelpful and incompetent staff who are willfully negligent and go out of their way to lie to your face just to get you to leave. No responsibility taken and no proactive action taken as long as they can take your money. Disgusting establishment, abhorrent staff and clearly misguided management who are willing to trample over guests to make money.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Bed amazingly soft
Curtains total black out.
Rooms clean and quiet
Lots of parking
Easy check in and check out
Good size bath
Powerful shower
Lovely staff

Cons:

The plug in fan was noisy so didnt use it, I always carry a small fan in my boot so came in handy.

Air con didnt seem to cool the room down that much.
