We wouldn't stay there again
Pros:

The location and gardens were very nice

Cons:

For a superior room costing £152 per night, the room was very small and in need of a makeover. The shower spray could not be directed except by holding the head by hand. The wall tiling was also in poor condition. The decor of my room and throughout the hotel was very dated and in many instances needed minor repairs.
Breakfast was also disappointing in terms of choice.

Pros:

Its location was lovely. Car parking included.

Cons:

Hotel dated. Lift not working, air conditioning in room not working and a leak in reception ceiling.

Overnight stay for Windsor Races
Pros:

Beautiful location and gorgious grounds. Some areas of the hotel needed attention such as windows dirty dusty. Staff were lovely they had a music event on and was very hot and sticky but they really pulled out all the stops with food and drinks service.

Cons:

Expected as hotel guests to have had a la carte menu to chose from as alternative to burgers and pizza offering as part of the event taking place. Were looking fotward to trying their a la carte menu.

Bar staff were friendly and helpful and was nice sitting out on the patio.

Cons:

From what we saw, the place could do with a bit of TLC, but that's fairly typical of most of the places of stayed in over the years.

Die Lage etwas ausserhalb von Slough

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren etwas abgewohnt, die Vorhänge an den Fenstern hatten Löcher, Teppichböden im ganzen Hotel waren sehr fleckig und abgenutzt.

No lift working In hotel had to move to lower ground floor room. No one could tell us when the lift will be fixed.

I’d stay here again.
Pros:

Convenient location and pretty grounds. Staff lovely. Breakfast v good, cooked to order and good value. Room was comfy Internet was fast
