Świetna lokalizacja z przestronnym parkingiem i równie świetnym zespołem hotelowym. Jeżeli w przyszłości będę w tej okolicy na pewno jeszcze raz skorzystam z noclegu.
Location, service and room all excellent and exceeded expectations
Lift was broken, room was on the 2nd floor. Room was also really really hot, glad we brought an extra fan with us from home

The breakfast
The complacency of the staff over the car park being full and taking over 30 minutes to get in due to an event. The noise until late and the fireworks right next to the room after requesting being as far away as possible. The room was also on the top floor with broken air conditioning
Big gardens and carpark
Unhelpful staff, cheap prefab food not worth the price, tacky decoration, steaming hot room with no aircon, bathroom plumbing issues, way overpriced room for what you get.
There was a prom party at same time in the place, can't describe how unclassy the whole thing felt...
Location to the airport and the Restaurant.
The food was delicious and fairly priced. The waitress was very attentive and nice.
Broken lift, we got a gentleman to help bring up our suitcase to the top floor.
As it was a hot day and only a small fan supplies it was hardly bearable to stay in the room up in the attic with a slopped ceiling.
In desperation we tucked the ironing board underneath the open door to the hallway to get a bit fresh air. At checkout I told the receptionist but I think she was not very interested in my comment.
Probably the only thing I liked about the property was the large car park
Very stuffy room, booked well in advance yet still got top floor, no lift, sloping ceiling, couldn’t swing a cat ! No climate control, panel broken! Fridge in room didn’t work and couldn’t be replaced due to room being occupied! Complained to receptionist to be told sorry it’s a very old hotel ! Plus take your chances with the shower it blows hot or cold!
In lovely grounds, convenient to Heathrow Terminal 5. Excellent meal in the restaurant.
We had a small room with a small window. The a/c was very noisy but did not work. We had a small fan in the room. Bearing in mind it was the hottest day ever recorded we baked, the room must have been 40degs.
Pleasant enough for a budget hotel & good location
The hottest day of the year (36 degrees) and no a/c, fan did nothing, fridge, extractor fan in bathroom, hairdryer, lift all didn’t work. Extremely uncomfortable sleep in the heat, room was like a sauna. Right next to a busy road so couldn’t sleep with windows open. Also a prom happening when we stayed, so very loud.
Not much actually
The facilities are very outdated especially the fridge didn’t work, given it was such a hot week, no air-con, the rooms upstairs have small windows, breakfast poor. The shower head keep falling off, the seat toiled was very loose kept moving away when you sat on it. the main road is quite loud.
The receptionist was sympathetic.
The room was well above safe habitable temperature - I estimate 40 degrees - the towel rail had been left on during the heat wave, and the bath plug did not fit the plug hole. I started to suffer from heat exhaustion and was not able to prepare for work the next day due to feeling ill.
