What I loved most about the property was its beautiful Parisian charm and elegant atmosphere. The hotel felt both chic and welcoming, creating a relaxing environment throughout our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and provided a wonderful night’s sleep. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I also especially enjoyed the large, deep bathtub, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable, peaceful, and memorable stay.

Bon emplacement
Chambre au rdc à gauche de l'entrée, donne sur la rue et le lobby de l'hôtel, hyper bruyant, nuit horrible. Ça ne valait absolument pas les 235€ que j'ai payé.
Pas de volets, beaucoup de lumière de l'extérieur (phares de voitures, lampadaires).
Et cerise sur le gâteau, les draps du lit sentaient mauvais. Je déconseille vivement cet établissement.
Être dans une petite pièce encombré par de la moquette et des portraits.
Hôtel plutôt agréable
Alors pour le côté design c'est pas mal par contre nous donné la chambre la plus (pourrite) sûrement dû au fait d'avoir pris sur Booking.
Chambre au RDC côté rue avec une fenêtre qui fermé pas ( le bruit dans la rue était insupportable et le froid qui rentré encore pire.)
Misleading information, poor service, and unacceptable experience
I chose this hotel based on its location and the information provided on Booking.com, but unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations and significantly more expensive than advertised due to misleading details.
1. Misleading parking information
The hotel was advertised as having parking, which was a key reason for my booking. However, upon arrival, I was told their parking could not accommodate my car (BMW iX2), and they refused even to show the space or assist further. I was left to find public parking on my own, which resulted in an additional cost of over €150 for three nights. This completely defeats the purpose of listing “parking” as an available facility.
Additionally, after I returned, the staff repeatedly questioned me about where I parked and details about my car, which felt intrusive and made me uncomfortable.
2. Incorrect pet fee charges
At check-in, I was informed that the pet fee would be €25 per night. However, at check-out, I was charged €25 per dog per night, resulting in €150 total. This was not clearly communicated in advance and felt misleading.
3. Poor service and treatment
After contacting Booking.com on the first day to report these issues, no proper resolution was reached with the property. Following this, the service noticeably deteriorated:
- No greeting or acknowledgment from staff
- Room was not cleaned for the entire 3-day stay
This behavior felt unprofessional and unwelcoming.
4. Room quality and noise issues
Room 202 has a connecting door to the adjacent room, partially blocked by furniture. Despite being locked, there was no sound insulation. I could clearly hear conversations and constant door noise from neighboring guests, which significantly affected comfort and privacy.
5. Check the picture of the bathroom with hair in it!
The property provided misleading information and poor service. Parking was advertised, but upon arrival I was told my car could not be accommodated and I had to arrange expensive public parking myself.
The pet fee was also unclear—I was told €25 per night, but was later charged €25 per dog per night.
After I contacted Booking.com about these issues, the service noticeably declined: no room cleaning for 3 days and no basic hospitality from staff.
Additionally, the room had a connecting door with very poor sound insulation, making it easy to hear neighboring guests and affecting privacy.
Overall, the stay ended up significantly more expensive than expected and did not meet basic standards.

La persona que nos recibió en el lobby pidió nuestros documentos y nos lo lanzó no nos lo entrego a la mano, independiente del país que uno proviene hay un respeto por el cliente. A la fecha tengo un depósito adicional que cobraron no devuelto aún
