Very nice 2 night getaway, away from the hot valley heat to the cool coastal weather.
Pros:

Location was very close to downtown Pismo and the beach, walking distance. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Room was a bit on the small side. Not enough room for a small table or chair. The parking lot was very tight for larger vehicles, that we parked on the road one time. The toilet was very loose on the floor. Husband said if he had a tool, he could have tighten the bolt on the base. I did let the staff know when we checked out and he apologized and said he would let maintenance aware of it.

Great location and value.
Pros:

The location is very close to everything in the "tourist" area of Pismo Beach. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go during our stay.

Cons:

The chairs by the pool are upright. One of the things we like to do on vacation is recline and relax around the pool. This was not possible here.

Pros:

It’s close to everything u want to do and the rooms are very clean.

Cons:

The beds could have been a little more softer. And maybe some sort of breakfast. Idk lol
