Great apartment in beautiful location with non-useable jacuzzis
Pros:

Very friendly (remote) staff, extremely spacious apartment with fireplace, a patio with a fantastic view and even a small balcony. Located in a ski resort, so very quiet during the transitional period, therefore always easy to find parking right outside the door.

Cons:

The very centrally featured jacuzzis were either not accessible or extremely dirty and uninviting whenever we tried.

Great amenities, lots of space, amazing views

Cons:

The stairs were a lot, especially since we were at the very bottom level. This was the only downfall for this place. Carrying luggage up and down 7 flights of stairs was quite difficult.

Vista espetacular e cozinha super bem equipada

Cons:

O sofá cama não era muito confortável e uma das camas dos quartos era pequena. A piscina não é neste alojamento, é noutro ao lado.

Beautiful place to stay and enjoy the wonderful weather and outdoors
Pros:

Beautiful view, love the mountains and location. Nice roomy place to stay.

Cons:

How the listing was written, I expected another bathroom, and our own personal hot tub. Dryer wasn’t working 50% of the time because it would overheat. Floor fans were cheap and needed to be figured out how to make them work. The shuttle wasn’t available at all times.

It was decent overall
Pros:

I liked that the room was very clean and well put together

Cons:

I didn’t like that the check in was 4pm and I had called earlier to double check if that was correct and was told it was at 4 but I didn’t receive my room keys till almost 40 mins later because the housekeepers had to check all the rooms if they were cleaned, I feel like if you’re running a hotel and tell your guests check in is at 4 it shouldn’t be pushed because staff isn’t done doing their parts which pushed back activities I had planned for my family, I also didn’t like how the keys weren’t working properly, I wasn’t able to unlock my door nor get in through the gate nor up to the jacuzzi and I had to get new keys every time

The insect issue made me uncomfortable staying at the property, so I left shortly after arrival.

the check-in process was straightforward

Cons:

Shortly after arriving, I found large insects in the room as well as multiple moths inside the property. This made me uncomfortable staying in the room. The bug screen was already open when I arrived, and because of the insect issue I decided to leave shortly after check-in. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable remaining at the property long enough to take additional photos of the other insects I encountered.

這家旅館弄錯了房型，我預定的是1個大床房+2個單人床+沙發床，結果櫃檯給的房型是2張雙人床+沙發床，經反應後櫃檯人員兩手一攤，要我找booking平台處理，服務態度不佳，而且夏天洗澡熱水也不穩，一下子熱水就耗盡了，變成洗冷水。對這民宿的印象很糟糕，不推薦。
