Overall, this was a highly substandard experience defined by unacceptable sanitary conditions
Pros:

I really like the location, and the views that offer.

Cons:

I stayed in building 7, and the pool was completely unsanitary. Furthermore, I witnessed a severe cockroach infestation near the first-floor back door. When I noticed these issues on my first day, I requested a room change to the second floor, but I was told they were unable to accommodate me. Ultimately, my wife and I sustained multiple insect bites, and I personally ended up completely covered in welts.

Wonderful and a beautiful location

Beautiful, clean, the view from our room was amazing.

Pros:

Great views from the room. Possibility of parking and Walmart nearby are a plus.

Cons:

Can be a bit far from all national parks. Air conditioning is blasting too hard and the room gets fridge cold and you are not allowed to switch it off. Blinds in the room were not working. There is only bar of soap to wash and housekeeping is only done on request.

Excellent resort for Zion or golf
Pros:

Awesome resort, I'd love to check out the golf there. It looked like it was from a video game. I'd stay here again, without question

Cons:

The ice maker in the room we had to about 2 hours to make 12 ice cubes that end up melting in a few minutes

Pros:

Great location, have stayed at Sand Hallow in the past!

Cons:

Thought there would be plates and utensils, but we made do! Also the pool was a little dirty; did not keep us out though!
