Great location and superb facilities in downtown Montpelier.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished and well-equipped. Restauarant convenient and food tasty. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Cons:

Fitness room is very small and doesn't have a lot of equipment, though I was able to have a good workout.

There were areas of the room and bathroom that were dusty and/or neglected. The shower handle had been replaced and was difficult to turn off and on.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, very comfortable
Pros:

The location was perfect for our family reunion. We stayed here 10 months ago for a family wedding. We like being in downtown Montpelier where we could walk to stores and restaurants. The staff are outstanding. Very friendly and welcoming, made everything easy for our stay. The carpeting has been replaced since our last stay and the room feels fresher. I liked the magnifying mirror in the bathroom and all the towel hooks and racks, also the light in the closet. Clearly there is an attempt to make this a higher end experience.

Cons:

The air conditioner is loud, and there is street noise, but we did want to be downtown. Elevator is small and slow.
