The view of the ocean.
The building and rooms needs a renovation. One elevator is down. Parking charge of 38 dollars per night. Parking should be free..
The only thing I liked was walk right on the broadwalk that's it...
Yall need to do a new renovation remodel is a must,old looking and yall need New Beds they are hard i slept horrible,my Back hurted every night,the hallways was 🔥 hot as hell.....
The location.
We booked a room at this hotel and were extremely disappointed with our stay.
At check-in, the front desk assigned us a room on the 5th floor. However, when we got there and opened the door, we discovered that someone was already staying in the room.
We returned to the front desk, and they gave us another room on the 21st floor instead. Unfortunately, the room was in terrible condition, with old, worn-out furniture and poor overall maintenance.
Before booking this place, we called the hotel to confirm that we would receive an ocean-view room. We were assured that we would, but the room on the 21st floor had no ocean view at all, which was very disappointing.
Another major issue was the elevators. The building has 31 floors, but only two elevators were working. On the 21st floor, the elevator call button only worked intermittently, making it difficult even to request an elevator. The wait times were extremely long, and every trip up or down involved standing in a huge line.
We went back to the front desk again, but the staff were unable to offer any solution to these problems.
On our last day, we waited for an elevator for a very long time, but none ever came to our floor. As a result, we had to carry our luggage down the stairs all the way to the first floor.
Overall, our stay left a very negative impression. We expected a much higher level of service, organization, and maintenance from this hotel.

Initially, one of the 3 elevator was out of service.
During my stay, another elevator went down -leaving a single functional elevator. With 31 floors, this is totally unacceptable. As a timeshare owner - and one of countless others who pay an annual maintenance fee, I question management of those fees. It took my guest and me nearly 90 minutes to check out on Sunday, June 14, 2026. It was embarrassing.
Also, some of the Lights on the Building Marquis was not lit and made the building look tacky ( I submitted this complaint last year)
Everything starting because was front of the beach and price was cheap

Hotel is a bit dated. Needs updating. Not as nice as other hotels in the vicinity.

The Pool Area
The Room had no hot water for a shower. We unpacked , went to the beach came back and no hot water... Maintenance came and said the room should not have been rented, they knew it had problems. I had to go back down to the front desk and get a new room. Staff did not seen to care even after I told them that I was not happy having to pack up again and move. The new room was smaller than what we had and there was no dresser so we had to keep our clothes on the window sill. The TV did not work so we had to call maintenance again. The mattress was so uncomfortable and slanted on both sides. We couldn't bear to sleep there the last night so we left a day early. No one seemed to care...
