Never ended up staying.

Cons:

Nothing went well. I stepped into our room #711 with my wife and children. My kids immediately did not even want to sit on the couch that was falling apart. The view was the parking garage wall, and then we walked into the bathroom to hair all over the bathtub. Just to top it off as we walked into the kitchen my son saw ants. We immediately packed up and left. I will never return there again and do not recommend it. The place is highly rated and maybe just make sure you do not stay in 711 because the lady at the front desk immediately responded and said they get a lot of complaints about room 711!

The location was great!

Cons:

The staff always seemed to be annoyed to be working. The elevators were too damn slow. We waited 20 minutes for one at one point. Our room was never cleaned. We were charged an additional fee to park in their parking garage ( doesn’t have an elevator), to use the pool, the fitness center, the business center and for housekeeping (that never happened). We were also told instead of waiting for the elevator, we could take the stairs. We were on the 12th floor.

Close proximity to the beach and boardwalk.

Cons:

Was not told beforehand about charges for parking and resort fees. Not having automatic housekeeping. You must schedule 24 hours ahead. Having to call for basic supplies that should be in the room. Room and building in desperate need of updating.

The location was great and the room was comfortable. I would stay again.

The location was great it was located right on the boardwalk in the middle of everything. Very convenient the staff and hotel were decent overall

Cons:

The room could have been a little cleaner and the elevator situation was awful also the room service wasn't really too great.
