Cons:

1.Security Guard attitude out. Not a friendly dealing with parking. His face like king Kong. Not fit to work at hotel.
2. Cafe open a bit late in the morning. Everything is self service.
3. Parking is full. The guard ask to park at road side at our own risk.

Recepcja oraz lobby na wysokim poziomie- personel spełnia oczekiwania. Basen na dachu zadbany, czysty - super widoki.

Cons:

Hotel wymaga generalnego remontu. Nieprzyjemny zapach w toalecie z kanalizacji. Zagrzybiała klimatyzacja - zapach stęchlizny w całym apartamencie. Słabo działające WiFi.

Pros:

We stayed previously at this hotel in 2018. Rooms are a nice size, cupboard space is very big, bathroom is good and the coffee they give you in the rooms is amazing. The pool on the roof is very nice. The area is a nice quiet leafy area with some excellent kopitiams in walking distance so it’s more chilled than in the town centre which I prefer and Grab works great.

Cons:

The communication was terrible. I did not get one reply via the booking.com platform or to emails so had to call from South Africa which in this day and age is an unnecessary extra cost and waste of time. It needs a bit of attention to detail and the reception could be a bit more welcoming on arrival. Decor also needs a bit of attention as it is looking a bit dated and lacks style
