Avoid this hotel. Not good value for money
Pros:

Nothing!

Cons:

It’s a grubby hotel. A/C wasn’t working. My room, facing south, on a very hot day, with no a/c wasn’t working an oven. Asked for a room on the (cooler) north side: refused because I had used facilities in my hot room on the south side. Again: breakfast not included!

Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht, ruime kamer

Cons:

Warme kamer, airco werkte niet goed.
In de zitruimte van de receptie stond een koelkast, daarnaast vieze glazen. Niet uitnodigend. We hebben het ontbijt ( deze zelfde ruimte ) maar overgeslagen.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen

Cons:

Het ontbijt was een aanfluiting. Ruim een uur voor het einde was het meerendeel al op. Er het werd mondjesmaat bijgevuld. Er was geen theewater. Koffie werd maar niet gezet. De gekookte eieren waren ongekookt. Echt zonde

Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable, petit déjeuner très copieux.

Tram situé en face de l'hôtel: 15 min pour être à la Gare station.

Environnement nature très calme : possibilité de se balader à pied ou à vélo.

We refunded and left as the AC was not working
Pros:

Location and the staff despite the hotel issues was cooperative.

Cons:

The access was terrible. The way to rooms was horrifying and gothic. The room’s AC did not work and the staff had 0 clue what to do.

Pros:

Personeel hielp direct

Cons:

In de eerste kamer was het doucheputje verstopt, dus overstroming. Personeel heeft ons goed geholpen naar andere kamer.

In tweede kamer was er de hele nacht een luid gebrom van de airco.

Hilfsbereite junge Frauen aber einen unhöflichen
jungen Mann an der Rezeption.
Es war nicht möglich ein Federkissen zu tauschen. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück ungenießbar. Die Sauberkeit im Gebäude.

Would not recommend
Pros:

We didn’t get to the property because they had no hot water and said we could get a full refund if we decided to stay somewhere else. Sent them numerous messages that we wanted to cancel and get a refund. Did not comply. Then messaged us 12 hrs later that hot water was back on and we could stay there after we had already had to book another place.

Cons:

Did not follow through with cancellation like they said they would due to THEIR issues.
