Super omdat we zo in hartje Amsterdam stonden met de juiste tram hotel goed bed had .

Heel fijn voor de zakelijke reiziger!
Pros:

De locatie en uitzicht is geweldig! Douche en bed was ook heel goed! Personeel, vooral de nachtportier was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Hotel in toller und ruhiger Lage mit schönem Ausblick. Ausstattung sollte modernisiert werden.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, toller Ausblick, sehr ruhig. Die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem und der Check in und Check out war sehr unkompliziert.

Cons:

Was wir nicht gut fanden war, dass die Minibar bzw. der Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert haben.
Bad ist lediglich durch eine nicht richtig schließende Tür vom Zimmer getrennt.
Riesige und unübersehbare Spinnweben könnten/sollten entfernt werden.

Frühstück war für 4 Sterne sehr spärlich und das kennen wir anders in dieser Kategorie. Wenn man etwas später kam, gab es kaum noch Auswahl.

Pros:

Umgebung von Hotel. Öffentliche Verkehr ist 2-3 min vom Hotel. War nicht kompliziert mit dem Auto anzureisen.

Leider Zimmer war nicht sauber. Überall lag Spinnen Netz hervor ,besonders an denn Decken.. Der Teppich unter den Betten war nicht gesaugt. Die Tappeten kamen an manchen Stellen schon runter. Fenster Scharnier an eine Seite kapput und ließ sich nicht gut schließen und öffnen.Es fehlt im allgemeinen eine Renovierung interesse. Frühstück war im schlechten Standart, wenig auswahl, trozt Speisewärmer war das essen lauwarm. Keine nachsorge beim Kaffee Kannen Inhalt ob warm ,kalt oder leer ist.

Decent stay but expected better.
Pros:

I was given a terrible room. You could see the AC but it was not working. There was a fan instead. The fridge didn’t work either. Many details were missing.
