Spacious, great staff and breakfast, but let down by AC and bathroom.
Pros:

The room was a spacious, two-room apartment located off the main building. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options, and the staff was very polite and accommodating.

Cons:

The bathroom didn't feel up to a 4-star standard; the shower door couldn't open fully because it hit the sink, and the water pressure was barely acceptable. Additionally, the apartment only had one small air conditioning unit in one room, so the cool air didn't reach the second room. Keep in mind that the underground parking is also quite small and requires caution.

Izredno prijazno osebje, vse pohvale. Okusen zajtrk. Spa in fitnes bi lahko bila bolj urejena, ampak vseeno služita svojemu namenu. Priročna garaža za dodatno doplačilo. Z veseljem bi še prišla :)

Sehr freundliches und äußerst hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, es war groß und sehr ruhig.
Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber.
Beeindruckend fand ich am Frühstück, wie blitzschnell alles aufgefüllt und Tische abgeräumt wurden, alles super durchorganisiert. Top! Angeboten wurde alles, was das Herz begehrt.
Die Lage fanden wir in Ordnung, zu Fuß konnte man zügig U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Bushaltestellen erreichen.

Excellent stay – highly recommended!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Bo33 Hotel Family & Suites. The location is excellent – in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the city center and Puskás Arena. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. We also enjoyed the wellness area with the spa, jacuzzi, mini gym, and plenty of space to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest!
