If another trip is warranted, this is the hotel I would select to stay.
Pros:

The location was great, near the freeway and close to major shopping and dining areas. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Liked that the toilet and shower bathrooms were separate.

Todo, las instalaciones, el desayuno bien completo, el personal extremadamente amable, tanto en recepción como en el desayuno, así como también del servicio de limpieza. La limpieza del hotel estaba impecable.

Pros:

I booked this hotel at the last minute while in town for the FIFA World Cup match (USA vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina), and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They were able to get me into my room early, which made a huge difference on game day. The shuttle service was fantastic—right on time and made getting to and from the stadium completely stress-free. The location was convenient, could walk to the tram and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

Nothing. Everything was easy, comfortable, and exactly what I needed.

Pros:

My whole family loved the room, the breakfast choices were plenty and delicious! Staying with kids, it is always a go-to when looking for hotels that offer breakfast and is included for your stay. The location was quiet, even with being by the airport and the hotel check in was easy, fast and hassle free.

Great place to stay, we have stayed a couple times and will continue to stay there when we are back in town.
Pros:

Staff very nice especially front desk and breakfast staff!!

Cons:

Cleaning could have been a bit nicer was there for various days and just asked them for new to ways we didn’t need the room cleaned and they responded we needed to request this at the front desk. Which was fine but they had a stack of new towels and it wasted many people’s time. They were kind of busy talking to each other with their carts.
