Perfect room with air conditioning.
Pros:

Very nice room, because there was a kitchen. Cleaners and breakfast staff was super kind. I had problem with Wi-Fi and it was fixed by very professional woman manager.

Cons:

Price was very high.

Just steps away from the World Trade Center and the 9/11 Memorial. With multiple subway lines right around the corner, getting around both Downtown and Uptown Manhattan was incredibly easy. The variety was satisfying, everything was fresh. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our entire stay.

Cons:

The elevators can be crowded during peak morning and evening hours, so you might need to factor in a few extra minutes when leaving the room. The furniture and amenities in the room are starting to show their age and could benefit from a bit of refreshment/updating to match the overall premium feel of the hotel.

I had fully prepaid for my reservation months in advance. However, upon a very late check-in, the front desk insisted on charging the full amount again. Being exhausted after a long journey, I paid just to get to the room. The next day, management admitted they took a full payment authorization, blaming a "lack of information from Booking.com." Getting a straight answer and getting this sorted with both the hotel manager and Booking.com was an incredibly annoying and stressful experience that ruined the initial impression.

Είμασταν 3 άτομα, το δωμάτιο μόλις ανοίξει το sofa bed δεν έχει χώρο να κινηθείς ούτε να βάλεις βαλίτσες. Ενώ η κράτηση ήταν για 3 άτομα δεν είχε ανοίξει και δεν ήταν έτοιμο το sofa bed. Μας έφεραν σε δεύτερο χρόνο σεντόνια μαξιλάρι και κουβέρτα να τα φιάξουμε μόνοι μας, όχι το προσωπικό. Μείναμε 3 βράδυα, την τρίτη μέρα δεν καθάρισαν καθόλου το δωμάτιο χωρίς να έχουμε πινακίδα μην ενοχλείτε. Μετά την επισήμανση στη reception μας έφεραν πετσέτες. Φυσικά δεν άλλαξαν σεντόνια. Πρωινό με περιορισμένες επιλογές

Perfect for our family visit
Pros:

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite at the Residence Inn Downtown Ann Arbor for a long weekend with the extended family. The space, the service and the breakfasts were all perfect for us. We enjoyed having a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. And the hotel was walking distance to everything we needed to reach during our stay. I would highly recommend the hotel and give a special call out to Shane and Cameron who were always friendly and welcoming.

The property location couldn’t have been any better.The hotel was very clean and staff was superb! ! Breakfast was the same free breakfast you get anywhere else but it served our purpose. However, my only complaint is we would get intermittent lights.. sometimes the lights would work in the bathroom and kitchenette area and sometimes Not! We were only there 21/2 days and mostly not in the room only to sleep so we dealt with it😏We loved New York and this will definitely be our go to Hotel when in New York.

Pros:

Le personnel à la réception est vraiment gentil et serviable. La chambre est très fonctionnelle, avec son frigo, sa plaque de cuisson, son micro onde et son lave vaisselle. La salle de bain est grande et très propre. L'emplacement est top, à 2 pas des stations de métro. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Cons:

C'était dommage de ne pas avoir de vraie fenêtre dans la chambre.

Jorge is a favorite bartender. He makes drinks fresh and is so friendly! I was recommended to sit at his bar by a business acquaintance, and I can no longer imagine going anywhere else!!! Jorge is perfect in this setting and as an amazing bartender!!
