Es war gut aber nicht hervorragend wie es bewertet war.

Die Lage war sehr schön. Es war ruhig und doch zentral. Subway um die Ecke. One world trade center ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Das Personal war super freundlich.

Die Matratzen waren super zum schlafen.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein. Wir hatten nie einen Platz gefunden. In der Lobby durfte man auch frühstücken, leider auch nicht ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste.
Das Frühstück war einseitig. Es gab täglich das Gleiche. Und von der Qualität her war es nicht so gut.
Das Zimmer war nicht so sauber. Das Bettlaken hatte ein Fleck, in den Ecken war es staubig und einige Haare war noch im Bad zu finden.

Shower was great, sofa bed was very uncomfortable and suitable only for a single child. Great coffee machine and yogurt bar with toppings was fantastic. Appreciated the free laundry.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hat sich immer gekümmert, als wir einen Anliegen hatten.

Cons:

Das dritte Bett war eine ausziehbare Couch und es war unmöglich drauf zu schlafen. Das Personal hat uns eine zusätzliche Matratze gebracht, sodass es im Nachhinein einigermaßen ging. Beim Frühstück Plastikteller und Plastikbesteck, das geht nicht in einem 4 Sterne Hotel.
