Pros:

Room was dirty. Only 2 pillows. One for each person. Garbage remained in Bathroom garbage bucket. Only 2 sheets , no blanket on bed. I don't think room had been completely cleaned. Weird because I have stayed here before. Haven't got my deposit yet and it's 1000pm of the day I left. What's going on?

The grosses experience
Pros:

The unit 127 that I was given upon my arrival was not at all what was stated in my booking. There was supposed to be sea views,there was not and the rear of the inn had a stinking dog park. The room itself was so old,the mattress were from the 80s and you could feel the springs. The walls were dirty,cracked and falling apart. Absolutely gross for $161 a night. When I brought this to the Intention of the manager,her response was that it's very old and she was very busy as she stood there on her phone.

Nothing at all.

Motel was older but clean, liked the Sushi resturant on the property.
Pros:

Property was clean, location in Comox is excellent

Cons:

Other guests smoking in the parking lot, the smoke came up to the balcony where we sat in the evening, and in our balcony door at night when we slept. They also smoked near the base of the stairways and we had to walk through this stink with our bags. Late at night there seemed to be transient campers who stayed in the parking lot and left early in the morning. I didn’t like this.

Very convenient to island travel

Would definitely return again!
Pros:

Watched the Emmys on the big screen! Big enough room with two comfy queen beds and room for our dog’s crate!
Tasty continental breakfast with a chance to interact with other travellers! Convenient location for pleasant walks with my dog in a pleasant neighbourhood!

Cons:

The pool was already getting drained on September 14-15 so not available for a relaxing swim… Staff seemed overwhelmed when we showed up a few minutes early but they did accommodate us after we persisted…

Not disability worthy
Pros:

The bathroom was great it was updated and functional.

Cons:

The beds were old beds, the furniture is dated, there were cobwebs in the corners of the room. The bathroom floor wasn't clean under the sink. The parking was crappy as well, and the door to the room wasn't sealed properly, you could see the light coming thru when it was shut. The pillows wer not comfortable and the bed spreads and mattress covers had blood stains on them as well as the pillow cases.
I work have worked in the hotel business for over fifteen years so I know the rooms should be like.
My mom and I didn't not get a proper sleep due to the mattresses and the pillows
The mattresses need to be replaced since they are and old box spring and spring mattress.
I wasn't not happy about this room at all and where it was located for a disability room.
