Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad sind wirklich groß und sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig
Really loved the balcony we had the view was incredible, room was clean and comfortable, room was a very spacious, breakfast was really tasty and had good options, staff were very friendly and gave us recommendations
It was very hot while we stayed. There was a fan which helped but it would have been nice to have air conditioning.
Das Hotel und die Ausstattung ist sehr gemütlich, die Freundlichkeit des Personal sticht hervor und das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich.
Mein Einzelzimmer war wirklich klein und hinten zur Bergseite gerichtet, also keinerlei Aussicht.
Dafür fand ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Einzelzimmers nicht gerechtfertigt.
Appartement bien équipé et propre. Très bien situé pour les visites ( le nid d aigle, les lacs et Salzbourg). Personnel très agréable. On a apprécié la piscine et la tranquillité de la terrasse attenante.

Room was huge, like an apartment! Nice sofas and terrace with chairs to enjoy the view.
Comfy beds and fans provided for temperature. Lovely indoor pool and spa. About 15 mins walk to Town Centre which was lovely.
Staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble and all very friendly.
Food was absolutely fantastic, every course was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing.
We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spa facilities were great - pool and saunas. Restaurants for dinner and breakfast were also great. Nice spacious room. Great location. Great views from the room. The reception staff were helpful.
There was no air con in the room and it felt really warm even with a fan (the rest of the hotel eg restaurants had air con). The hotel app didn’t really do much - I had no response to my message on there.
