Pros:

Camera silenziosa confortevole, nonostante gli spazi ridotti tipici degli hotel giapponesi. Ottima la lavatrice e asciugatrice in camera e il sistema di asciugatura in bagno (aria calda diffusa) che ha aiutato con il processo di asciugatura degli abiti. Prodotti per la doccia di alta qualità. Posizione eccellente e centrale, vicino a punti turistici e fermate bus/metro. Disponibile una gran quantità di amenities gratuite, tra cui maschere e detergenti per il viso, particolarmente apprezzati. Macchina del ghiaccio e microonde nel corridoio, molto utili. TV e condizionatore ben funzionanti. Check-in e check-out automatici, con assistenza del personale. Al check-out mi hanno rimborsato in contanti le pulizie, visto che non le ho richieste: cosa molto gradita. La colazione era inclusa nel soggiorno: anche se non ne abbiamo mai usufruito, è un aspetto degno di nota.

Cons:

Il personale serale non è stato in grado di aiutarmi con la prenotazione di un taxi e mi sono dovuta arrangiare con Uber. Avrei preferito un po' più assistenza. In generale un po' di difficoltà con l'inglese, ma niente che mi abbia rovinato il soggiorno. Peccato pagare il detersivo per la lavatrice a parte, speravo fosse incluso.

A decent hotel in a central location with hot baths upstairs.
Pros:

Good location from a logistical point of view, meaning easy to get to and from major points of interest, the railway station and food stores. The hotel offers more than you could need for a short stay. Onsen (baths) on the top floor, gratis modest breakfasts, umbrellas, hot drinks, pyjamas and maps were appreciated. Advanced WC model.

Cons:

The room was small and without any particular view. A feeling of being a bit overpriced. Almost no English was spoken in this top tourist location hotel. Tunnel-like way to the entrance. Hot baths upstairs had extremely hot water.
