On room pictures there was shown bathroom with bath, but after arival to hotel we got only room with shower, and hotel personel told us that there is wrong picture on booking, but there was no posibility to cancel booking reservation, but other aspects of room were good

Location was bad, no shops around, no restaurants anywhere close by ,no taxis close internet drop in an out no food available duing the day or night, was not happy at all, walked out and went and stayed elsewhere

Pros:

The staff were efficient, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely. The area is quiet and removed from the bussel of life.

Cons:

There isn't a lot of restaurants or shops walking distance, you need a scooter. However we found a cheep little etery in the back street that made up for it.
The WiFi didn't work well in our room, unless you sat at the vanity.

⚠️⚠️WARNING‼️⚠️⚠️ We booked the 3-bedroom villa through Booking one month in advance, and when we arrived at the property, they told us we had to pay an extra 90 USD per night because the price on Booking and Agoda was outdated. I found this extremely strange since they never sent us any email or notification, and we had already paid through the platform.
We had just traveled for 26 hours to get there, and they refused to let us check in because of their own mistake, without offering any kind of solution. It was a very stressful situation — we had to quickly find another hotel and pay for another taxi to move again.
What is even more disappointing is that they didn’t take even a minute to help us or notify us when we made the reservation. I strongly recommend avoiding this place! 😔

Meilleur hôtel à Bali
Pros:

Mon meilleur hôtel à Bali. Piscine grande et jolie, décoration de l’espace partagé très jolie, les chambres sont propres ++ et sentent le savon, tout est fourni : serviettes, savon, shampooing, brosses à dents, charlotte, café… il y a un petit balcon extérieur et le lieu possède un bar et un restaurant où prendre le petit déjeuner (très bon). Le personnel est absolument parfait rien à dire.

Relaxing and enjoyable!
Pros:

The staff were so considerate and helpful. When our air conditioner stopped working they helped us move to another room quickly.

The Indonesian breakfast was delicious.
Nice relaxing pool area to chill at.

We were happy to stay a bit out of the way and get Gojek’s around Uluwatu as we didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of a tourist area.

Чистые номера. Убирают каждый день, меняют полотенца. Все просто супер!🙏 Особенно понравился номер полу-люкс на 3-ем этаже! Просторный, светлый с красивым видом на деревню и на Гаруду. (Только не для тех, кто не любит ходить пешком на 3 этаж☺️). Заглянула в номер «люкс» - это что за красота!?😱 Выглядит намного круче, чем на фото!
Хорошие завтраки на выбор. В сезон, когда много народу, отличный шведский стол!
Когда была в 2024 году, раз или 2 раза в неделю были кинопоказы у бассейна на большом проекторе😻 Это было прекрасно! К сожалению, фотографий не осталось , чтобы приложить.
Вечером вся территория подсвечивается гирляндами-было волшебно!о✨
Идеальное расположение отеля! Находится в глуби деревни и рядом нет никаких шумных дорог с кучей мотоциклов! За окном слышно только пение птиц и петухов☺️ Полное спокойствие!

Да, небольшой участок дороги с ямками и неровностями(ну это ж деревня) и она никакого отношения к отелю не имеет! Эти 300 метров спокойно на байке проезжаем и выезжаем на нормальные дороги👌🏼 ничего страшного!
Про расположение: люди пишут, что в Джимбаране нечего делать и до всего далеко. Бред!
Да, если ты пакетный турист и хочешь пешком ходить, то здесь так не получится. В принципе тогда Бали не для вас! Здесь нужно брать байк и колесить по всему острову! Ну или вызывать байк такси.
Я скажу так, что это удачное место для жизни, так как от сюда можно добраться до любой точки без проблем! До любого пляжа или смотровой на закат ехать 10-25 минут , до Куты ехать 35, до Убуда 50 минут. Для меня это оказалось золотой серединой!
