Verrassend goed verblijf tegen lage prijs
Pros:

Uitzicht op balkon op 2e etage. Goede airco, koelkast, waterkoker met thee en koffie. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Afwisselend warm deel van het buffet.

Cons:

Er is geen lift en er is geen restaurant in het resort en ook niet in de directe omgeving.

Нашли отель на букинге и решили перед бронированием сначала посмотреть его вживую. Нам показали очень чистый и свежий после ремонта номер и мы решили забронировать здесь номер. Пока поеахли кататься, оформили бронирование через букинг, а приехав заселяться нас провели в номер, который даже близко не соответствовал показанному номеру. Номер был ужасно грязный. Постельное белье не стираное, с пятнами и волосами, унитаз весь в пятнах, пол, стены и вся мебель в пятнах и будто прошедшая войну.. При этом мы бронировали вообще другой номер, но нам сказали, что больше свободных номеров нет. Естественно мы заселяться не стали. На ресепшне нам сказали,что все ок, отменят бронирование, потому что это их вина, что букинг показывает наличие свободного номера, но этот номер на самом деле закрыт на ремонт, а нашего бронируемого номера вообще нет среди свободных. Мы уехали в другой отель и пытались через букинг сделать бесплатную отмену брони, но в итоге отель присылал каждый раз отказ на бесплатную отмену и сам букинг тоже прислал отказ. В итоге мы ни одного дня здесь не ночевали, а бесплатную отмену брони никто не подтвердил. Красочные фото (жаль, видео нельзя прикрепить) предложенного номера прикрепляем. "Шикарный" отель и отвратительная работа Букинга!

On room pictures there was shown bathroom with bath, but after arival to hotel we got only room with shower, and hotel personel told us that there is wrong picture on booking, but there was no posibility to cancel booking reservation, but other aspects of room were good

The staff were efficient, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely. The area is quiet and removed from the bussel of life.

Cons:

There isn't a lot of restaurants or shops walking distance, you need a scooter. However we found a cheep little etery in the back street that made up for it.
The WiFi didn't work well in our room, unless you sat at the vanity.

⚠️⚠️WARNING‼️⚠️⚠️ We booked the 3-bedroom villa through Booking one month in advance, and when we arrived at the property, they told us we had to pay an extra 90 USD per night because the price on Booking and Agoda was outdated. I found this extremely strange since they never sent us any email or notification, and we had already paid through the platform.
We had just traveled for 26 hours to get there, and they refused to let us check in because of their own mistake, without offering any kind of solution. It was a very stressful situation — we had to quickly find another hotel and pay for another taxi to move again.
What is even more disappointing is that they didn’t take even a minute to help us or notify us when we made the reservation. I strongly recommend avoiding this place! 😔

Meilleur hôtel à Bali
Pros:

Mon meilleur hôtel à Bali. Piscine grande et jolie, décoration de l’espace partagé très jolie, les chambres sont propres ++ et sentent le savon, tout est fourni : serviettes, savon, shampooing, brosses à dents, charlotte, café… il y a un petit balcon extérieur et le lieu possède un bar et un restaurant où prendre le petit déjeuner (très bon). Le personnel est absolument parfait rien à dire.
