Pros:

Дуже позитивні враження від цього готелю. Територія маленька, зате ресторан, басейн, бар і лоббі знаходяться дуже близько. Хоча готель знаходиться на 2 лінії, до пляжу йти 2 хвилини. Їжа смачна, кімнати прибираються щоденно, територія теж дуже добре прибирається :) особливо позитивно вразив маленький ланч ресторанчик з турецькими стравами!

Friendly staff was the main positive point, uncomfortable atmosphere
Pros:

Friendly staff. The rooms were clean. The restaurant was okay, but definitely not at a true 5-star standard.

Cons:

What we did not like was that the hotel advertises itself as a 5-star “Ultra All Inclusive” resort, but the reality was very different. There was no free internet in the rooms, beach, or hotel yards. Wi-Fi was only available near the reception area, which is not acceptable for this category of hotel.
Also, some non-alcoholic beverages were not included and required extra payment, while we expected everything to be included under the “Ultra All Inclusive” package.
We complained to the hotel management, but unfortunately they did not help or try to solve these issues.
In our opinion, the term “Ultra All Inclusive” should be removed from this hotel’s advertisement on Booking.com because the services provided do not match what is being promoted.

Highly Recomended for a Relaxing Holiday
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our visit.

The hotel is large, beautiful, and very well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable, and complimentary bottled water was replenished daily. Coca-Cola, Fanta, and Sprite were provided in the minibar upon arrival.

Drinks were available throughout the day by the pool, and the lobby bar was open 24 hours a day with staff always available. Daily entertainment and activities around the pool started at around 10:00 a.m., including yoga, fitness sessions, skill games, volleyball, and other fun activities.

One thing we particularly appreciated was that the music and entertainment ended at 11:00 p.m., allowing guests who preferred a peaceful night’s sleep to enjoy complete quiet.

There were plenty of sun loungers available both around the pool and on the beach. The food was good, with a wide variety of options available throughout the day, including choices for guests who prefer more European-style cuisine. The coffee was especially enjoyable.

Twice a week, the entertainment team organized trips to a nightclub in Kemer for those who wished to join. There is also a local shopping street nearby. Although it is relatively modest compared to Kemer, it is convenient for finding everyday necessities and small souvenirs.

A bus to Kemer departs directly from the front of the hotel every 20 minutes, and the fare is €2 per person each way.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

The only areas where we felt there was room for improvement were the breakfast fruit selection and the beach bar.

At breakfast, we would have appreciated a wider variety of fresh fruit. Watermelon was available every day at lunch and dinner, but it was never offered at breakfast during our stay. The morning selection was generally limited to apples, pears, and oranges.

We were also somewhat disappointed with the beach bar. During our visit, the selection was very limited, consisting mainly of water, apples, and biscuits. We had expected a broader range of drinks and snacks to be available throughout the day.

Pros:

The property is in a good location, not bad

Cons:

The cleaning was not perfect, no sea food at all just a few and everyday almost the same menu and the alcohol wasn’t great. There are less program at all. Too much noise from other room when they close the door.

Cons:

Todos los hoteles 5 estrellas, tienen wifi libre,. El.hotel Karmir cobra el.servicio de wifi aparte.
Los tragos eran de baja calidad.
Los show nocturnos eran muy malos, no estan a un.nivel de hotel de 5 estrellas.
