The property was a great location, the room was very clean, and the staff were great. They were very accommodating and friendly.

Staff was great and helped make our anniversary stay a very nice one. Elevator is slow but better than hauling bags up stairs. Balcony with view of the old city and the waterway in between..

Location, cleanliness and value

Wonderful location in St. Augustine. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area is so relaxing. The breakfast was wonderful. A homemade breakfast overlooking the water. We saw a Manatee and birds during breakfast.

Loved this cute little hotel. It is a well kept secret and we will definitely be back. It’s “Old Florida” but has been renovated beautifully with a nautical theme. Perfect getaway. The views are gorgeous. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast is fabulous. Daily happy hour with complimentary snacks. Great place to stay if you’re coming to a concert at the amphitheater. We were back to our room within 10 minutes after concert was over.

My spouse and I were here for 3 nights and it was not fancy, but met every need. The bed was comfortable, very clean, friendly staff, and they provided each a bottle of water per day (perhaps more if needed). We didn’t take advantage of happy hour or breakfast due to the hours, but was nice to have if wanted. It was just over the bridge and could have walked 1/4 of mile to the historic downtown. There are a few places around the hotel you can visit or eat such as O’Steen’s, which I highly recommend! So this is not a bad location to stay at even though you aren’t in the midst of everything.

We would recommend this property to anyone. Overlooking the bay, it was relaxing watching the boat activities and the sunset.
The location was convenient to the historic district of St Augustine.
The breakfast was included and was cooked to order. No Danish, cold cereal etc.

Beautiful rooms, view from balconies, and breakfast were all fantastic. Staff was very nice, especially the breakfast crew - loved them - and the food was very good. The social hours were nice, apps and Sauvignon Blanc were excellent. It was very convenient since we didn't have a car, to walk over the Bridge of Lions into town to go to dinner, see sights and shop. It only took about 10 minutes, but it could get hot. A good stay for sure, we would stay again.

I loved how close the hotel was to downtown without being in downtown, also the view of the rooms were beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice, clean & fairly large. Our balcony had an amazing view and it usually had a cooling breeze coming across. The breakwas was delicious, the blintz party is a must try.

nice place, nice staff, if you're interested in a nice clean hotel with nice people, nice breakfast, nice happy hour and whatnot right by the bridge, avoid the unnecessary mega prices of staying downtown. an easy, free party.

This is a wonderful hotel with beautiful views, a delicious, made-to-order breakfast that is included, free parking, comfortable beds and pillows, and just a 10 minute walk over the bridge to get to Historic St. Augustine. There is a small spa pool and seating area and every room has a patio or balcony with views of the river.
