Convenance to all areas.

Chose this location because it’s so close to universal kids resort. Nice clean hotel but doesn’t compare to a Hilton Garden Inn. No restaurant or bar but we had Chili’s and Heb delivered as we were too tired to leave the room. Good value. I did notice not all the the staff speak English but wasn’t a problem. Didn’t eat the eggs at breakfast because they Looked like powdered but plenty of options
Location was close to Universal Kids, restaurants and stores.
Had standard limited breakfast options.
Pool has a ramp style entrance. Pool is small. 6 kids filled up the pool and they ran into each other trying to swim.
Numerous people all had a hard time finding the front desk staff. They were never there. Traveled with friends, their rooms AC didn't work. Overheard other peoples room AC weren't working. Didn't accommodate anyone and only replied maintenance could look the next day. One of the Elevators were a little wonky. A couple times the door started opening before it fully stopped. Another time the door didn't open at first when it fully stopped.
Bed wasn't my cup of tea. Room was labeled as a queen but felt a smidgen smaller than a full size. Mattress very firm. Fridge didn't keep things very cold.
The room itself is was clean
Too hot in the room, bed was hard and breakfast could’ve been better.

Was told there was a 50$ early check in fee. I tried to put my bags in my room at 1 pm and was told it would be an extra 50$. I will never stay at this hotel again. Pure greed.
Great location.
The location is absolutely fantastic! Shopping centers so close by. Movies close by. Everyone was very nice and several people asked and made sure we were enjoying our stay.

I was pleased with my stay here. Until it wasn’t cleaned at all and I stayed there for 4 nights… the first morning I was there, I went out to go on a walk and the cleaners were in the hallway and when I came back 1 1/2 hours later they were still in the hallway but my room was never cleaned. On the 3rd day staying there I called cause I wanted to come back to a clean room after a long day so I asked if my room was going to be cleaned (or if it was cleaned) cause it had not been cleaned yet, And the front desk person said no and that the cleaners have left for the day. And on the mirror of the room that I was staying in, it said they would provide cleaning every other day. So I was very disappointed in that. Cleaned at the end of the day when I come back.
Apparently the hotel was renovated 2 months ago according to staff. You could still see the plaster and debris left by the renovation in the corners of the sinks on the floor in three different rooms that I viewed. One of my sinks doesn't have hot water and the other one only has intermittent hot water. The shower doors in all three rooms that I looked at, had significant mold in the track of each of the shower doors. The closet doors wouldn't close because they were off their track and the bathroom door couldn't close because they'd obviously had replaced the flooring but didn't ensure there was enough clearance for the door. If so many corners were cut to save money. What else am I not seeing?
