El hotel muy viejo, se oye lo que pasa tres habitaciones más allá, no hay artículos de aseo personal, el inodoro sin sanitizar, la mesa de trabajo si tienes que conectar un computador tienes que moverla a medio de la habitación. Y cobran como un hotel 5 estrellas. Calidad- precio pesima

Apart from that everything else is good.

Love everything about the property
And the front desk staff and the staff that meet us at the door.

Cons:

My only problem I had was when I wanted a spoon to take to my room because I wanted to eat something that I came with when I check in. There was a lady across from the front desk that served at the bar I believe, she would be the one who normally would gave you complimentary drinks when you check in wanted to charge for a spoon. Like what.

Then I do believe breakfast should be included in the price when people are checking in at your hotel no matter what the price are.

La ubicacion del hotel esta excelente, la cama super comoda, la habitacion muy limpia, el personal muy amable, me encanto el hotel definitivamente si vuelvo a cancun me quedare ahi, si estas mas de 1 noche incluye el club de playa que esta fantastico

Cons:

hubo medio dia que no tuvimos agua, me hubiera gustado que nos hubieran avisado con antelacion del corte y cuanto iba a durar, o algun tipo de compensacion

Check in súper lento , que los que solo nos quedamos una noche no podemos ir al club de playa puesto que tienes que reservar temprano y no puedes ir el día de tu check out , en la recepción me dijeron que el parking me cobraría 30 pesos ( un día más ) por salir a las 17h y no a las 12:30 pero cuando llegue ahí me cobraron 68 pesos más y además súper lentos para abrir también, me dieron que fuera al día siguiente a preguntar pour un late check out ( no me importaba pagarlo ) en la mañana , fui a las 8 am y según que Ya no había cuando en hotel se veía solo , el Bell boy al final ni se ofreció a ayudar y se quedó ahí parado viéndonos , creo que en el servicio les falta mucho..
