Hôtel bien situé, confortable, spacieux avec équipements (salle de sport, piscine) et bon emplacement

- Chambre spacieuse, confortable, au dernier étage
- Starbucks à la réception
- Facilité de se garer

Cons:

Ce sont des détails qui entachent pas l’expérience
et avis personnels
- Le service laverie (15 euros 4 t shirts / 10 euros 2 paires de chaussettes ..)
- Climatisation dans l’entrée beaucoup trop froide

The 2nd day of our stay, there was a blackout at the hotel at 10am and we could not go back to our room in the 11th floor until 4pm

Nothing!! Please have caution on these hotel , really bad experience!! Very old , no a/c on rooms even they told me they have ac !! Bathroom leak really bad it was like a pool inside the room !! No customer service !! No manager

Honest Review of my Stay.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Krystal Urban Cancun & Beach Club. The room was spacious, cozy, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did a great job every day, changing the bed linens and towels and keeping everything spotless.

The location was perfect, right in the center and close to everything. Hotels, shopping centers, and the beach club were just a few minutes away, and it was also very convenient that many excursions departed directly from the hotel.

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The facilities were also very nice, especially the large and clean swimming pool. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and I hope to come back soon!

Cons:

Honestly, I didn't experience any problems during my stay. Everything went smoothly, and I was very satisfied with my experience.

Me encanto que por hacer la reserva por booking me dieron un trato de cliente preferente, me dieron upgrade de piso PH, la atención personalizada y el detalle en l habitación de bienvenida, las bebidas de cortesía y el.acceso al club de playa
