Fantastisches Frühstück , sehr nettes Personal , insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in super Lage

Aber Betten tendenziell sehr klein , Klimaanlage pustet eher als das sie kühlt , ein kleiner Kühlschrank hat zu unserem Glück gefehlt …

Wir würden bei unseren nächsten Besuchen in Dresden jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.
Pros:

Wir hatten für unseren Aufenthalt zwei Zimmer für vier Erwachsene und ein Kind gebucht. Die Zimmer waren für unsere Bedürfnisse mehr als ausreichend und insgesamt absolut in Ordnung.

Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir den Umgang des Personals während eines Feueralarms. Das Team hat sich sehr gut um die Gäste gekümmert, Decken gebracht und insgesamt ruhig und aufmerksam reagiert.

Auch am Abend wurden wir, obwohl wir erst spät angekommen waren, noch freundlich empfangen und im Restaurant mit warmen Speisen versorgt.

Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und haben uns gut betreut gefühlt.

Auf alle Fälle würden wir beim nächsten Dresden Urlaub dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Die Lage war sehr gut, nur ein paar Gehminuten bis zur Altstadt.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig, das Badezimmer schön groß und geräumig

Cons:

Der Parkplatz hat für Gäste pro Tag 19€ gekostet. Das stand nirgendwo und empfanden wir als sehr ungewöhnlich bis unverschämt.

Reasonably good option for a stay in Dresden.
Pros:

The room was clean albeit a bit basic. Breakfast was good and the parking right near the hotel very handy.

Cons:

The hotel is not far from the Zwinger however the environment is a bit boring. It is some 15 minutes walking to the central square, but one could take a tram, I suppose. While clean and comfortable, both the exterior and interior of the hotel are dated although this is not necessarily a negative observation given the history of the town.
