Geschäftlich würde ich gerne wiederkommen. Die angesprochenen Mängel sollten jedoch behoben werden,
Pros:

CheckIn, grpße Dusche, großes Bett, Kaffeemaschine und Tea vorhanden, Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer

Cons:

Parken auf der Grünfläche kostet 19 € pro Nacht. Dafür hat man zumindest einen festen Untergrund zum Abstellen des Fahrzeugs.

Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, wirken jedoch bereits etwas abgewohnt. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden und funktionierte einwandfrei. Allerdings waren die Beschriftungen der Bedienelemente so stark abgenutzt, dass die einzelnen Funktionen kaum noch erkennbar waren.

Die Halterung der Dusche war locker. Zudem gab es nach 22:00 Uhr am Handwaschbecken kein warmes Wasser mehr. Im Badezimmer war eine Verdunkelung nur im Bereich des Fensters möglich; das Oberlicht ließ sich nicht abdunkeln, wodurch nachts Licht in den Raum fiel.

Parkplatz war gesichert, Die Lage des Zimmers war gut. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gute Qualität,, ebenso
die Speisen zu Mittag und am Abend. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön.

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage direkt am Zwinger.
Das Frühstück ist lecker, das personalfreundlich, die Zimmer sind ordentlich.

Cons:

Es hat am zweiten Tag einen Ausfall der Satellitenanlage gegeben, Man konnte kein Fernsehen einstellen. Leider gab es hierzu auch keine Information zeitnah, erst am nächsten Tag gab es eine Information.

Was ich auch nicht gerne mag, ist wenn die Handtücher direkt vor dem Waschbecken hängen. Es verursacht bei mir dann immer Kopfkino, insbesondere wenn ich ein Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer nutze.

Dann muss ich davon ausgehen dass die Reinigungskraft die unbenutzten Handtücher so hängen lässt für den nächsten Gast. Wenn ich mir dann vorstelle dass sich am Tag zuvor ein Mann geduscht und vor dem Spiegel rasiert hat und dabei nackt dort stand.....

Hotel mit Stärken und Schwächen
Pros:

Frühstück war in Ordnung, personal war freundlich , Zimmer war klimatisiert

Cons:

Zimmer war recht klein, insbesondere wenn man den Preis mit zu Rate zieht, zu wenig Parkplätze für die Größe des Hotels (Parkplatz vorab nicht reservierbar), TV war über den kompletten Zeitraum im ganzen Hotel ausgefallen, ein Rabatt gab es dafür nicht.
