The service was great
Pros:

The waiter was a very nice very polite young man named Santiago and we give him a 10 out of 10 please keep him working cause we visit this hotel often and we wanna see him again

Refused to honour reservation
Pros:

When I arrived around 9pm after a long flight, I was shocked to find my room unavailable. Despite booking directly they initially claimed I hadn't "confirmed" (ludicrous) before accepting they didn't have a room for me and would send me to another hotel. The whole time they refused to call a manager, and the guy didn't bother removing his airpod.

Great hotel with great location and warm friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast is really great. I can't get why people sometimes argues that is not enough. I even found gluten-free alternatives, which is rare.

Cons:

glasses were too small for having juice! you were required to travel a lot of times to refill the delicious orange juice. Other than that, pastry could have been better.

Normal, podía haber sido mejor.
Pros:

El personal de recepción excelente. Siempre saludaban, solucionaron problemas, fueron eficientes y se portaron muy bien con nosotros. Las camas muy comfortables, el baño y todo muy limpio.

Cons:

La atención en el bar en la tarde-noche, muy insuficiente. Mesas sucias, personal caminando por allí sin atendernos ni hacer nada productivo. Había 5 personas de personal por la barra, nadie atendió a mi marido ni le preguntó qué quería. El desayuno está organizado mal, mucho ruido, mesas muy pequeñas que no usaban bien el espacio. El mobiliario del hotel era viejo, y en algunos sitios estaba deteriorado, el suelo, daba la impresión de muy sobre-utilizado. Todo el ambiente del hotel era estresante. Nos dijeron que nos traerían una cama supletoria para mi hija, tardó muchísimo hasta que por fin vino alguien y no trajo ni almohada ni colcha (eso deberìa ser de sentido común).

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, y el personal es amable y atento a las necesidades.

En ocasiones se agotan algunos de los alimentos del desayuno y la espera para que los repongan puede ser larga.

Muy buen hotel
Pros:

En general, la experiencia es muy buena. Muy buen servicio de los empleados. Atentos, amables. Habitaciones limpias, cómodas y amplias. Camas confortables.

Cons:

El horario de la piscina muy corto además que es cerrada. El desayuno en el piso 28 no es chévere. Hay menos productos y la calidad de algunos, no es la misma. Y no hay estación de omelets. La estación de omelets del piso principal del desayuno es muy poco productiva, mucha fila. Especial cuidado con la cantidad de toallas, por ejemplo, si son 3 huéspedes, 3 toallas. Hay que llamar para pedir mas toallas y mas agua.
