Awesome Experience (Traveled from Cayman Islands)
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant food in the hotel was very good we were all impressed. I also liked the fact that they accept card or cash payment to pay for the rooms.

Pros:

Scelgo sempre Las Americas, per qualità delle camere, vista meravigliosa, e personale efficiente e sempre gentile e disponibile. Ormai meta fissa per quando risiedo a panama city

Cons:

Migliorerei il servizio aperitivi del bar aggiungendo un offerta piu internazionale, con almeno noccioline e patatine, se non proprio tapas

Pros:

La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda. Con una vista increíble de la Ciudad de Panamá

Cons:

Al hacer el check-in demoraron una hora y media para darnos las tarjetas de acceso y tuve que preguntar por la misma porque tenía un evento a las 4 y no nos habían entregado la habitación

Pros:

Estuvo bien por el valor. Las habitaciones son grandes, las camas comodas, los banos muy bien. te diria que lo que tiene que ver con el cuarto, muy bien.

Cons:

Lo que esta masomenos es los Restos, el desayuno amplio pero no wow. Es un buen hotel por el valor. Pero no Wow!

La amplitud de la habitación

Cons:

El mantenimiento de la habitación es malo. No me refiero a la limpieza diaria, que es bueno. Me refiero a que las paredes de la habitación estaban manchadas en varias partes, al lado de la cama y debajo del televisor.y eso da muy mla impresión.

Pros:

La piscina bajo techo de cristal y climatizada es lo mejor. El desayuno variado. Las habitaciones supercómodas. La ubicación muy céntrica. Todo cerca. Puedes llegar caminando al mall y a restaurantes.

Cons:

Solo un detalle muy mínimo que puede aumentar el confort. Falta un hilo o lugar donde colocar la ropa mojada de la piscina. Muchos hoteles cuentan con ello en las duchas.
