Wonderful stay, very accommodating staff, especially Ida at the front desk. Restaurant staff for breakfast are extremely hardworking managing the heavy foot traffic. Room was amazing!
The staff was extremely especially Ida at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us with a recommendation for something she had very little experience with, even calling around to book an appointment for us. Really wonderful.
On our final night, we needed a vacuum to suction the air out of our bags but they didn't have one available, which was a bit weird for a hotel.
The reception, concierge staff were very nice and always helped with our regular requests for ice and hot boiling water for our baby. They made the experience much better.
We ordered room service and our food came without many of the items that were listed on the in room menu. when we called to request the change, they told us we were wrong, even though it explains the ingredients on the menu itself.
During our stay, the hotel double booked our room. So around 11pm when we were sleeping with our baby, we had other guest check into/walk into our room. Unfortunately we didn't have the chain on the door so they walked striaght into the room and wake everyone up. Hotel did not do anything other than say sorry for the inconvenience.

Todo fue espectacular
Great staff, very welcoming and accommodating and always has a smile on there face when talking to you, from the reception even the at the 507 bar, to the cleaning staff.
There’s nothing to say that I didn’t like, anytime I’m in Panama this will be the hotel of my first choice.
