Enjoyable stay and will definitely stay again when we are in the Chitre area.
Pros:

The breakfast was tasty and all of the employees we interacted with were very friendly, especially the bartender, Angelo. He provided great customer service and we had a good, quick chat with him the following day. He also makes great drinks. We arrived about an hour before check-in, and they were able to accommodate us. Check in was very easy and quick. We loved the location and the property itself.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Pros:

El concepto de hotel boutique con instalaciones modernas pero con look hacienda es muy lindo. La atención del personal fue excelente y la comida y bebida de primer nivel

Cons:

Que el servicio en el bar de piscina termine a las 6. Se agradecería que fuera un poco mas extendido, por ejemplo 8 pm, ya que esa área es muy agradable

los colchones y las almohadas, excelentes

Cons:

cucaracha en la habitacion, nadie me informó sobre el wifi, recepcionista le preguntamos por restaurantes en la zona y dijo que no sabia nada de eso, el aire condicionado no sirve el swing, las baterias del aire acondicionado murieron y no fue posible manejarlo, el restaurante con atencion deficiente (lentos) y la comida nada especial.

La estancia, bien. EL SISTEMA POR BOOKING, MALO.

Parece que entre BOOKING y LOS HOTELES no hay comunicación efectiva.
Cada vez que hago una reserva por BOOKING, al llegar al hotel, parece que no saben que uno tiene una reserva.

Siempre tengo que esperar a que verifiquen si hay habitaciones disponibles. En algunos casos, en otro hoteles me han dado otro tipo de habitaciones porque no tienen disponible la que reservé por BOOKING.

Eso de ir por trabajo con el cliente y tener que esperar a que verifiquen reservas, y despues que verifiquen las disponibilidades, ME PARECE TERRIBLE!

El ambiente de campo te lleva a olvidar el estrés de la ciudad, aunque sea por un fin de semana.
Pros:

que hayan mejorado el desayuno, estuvo variado y buen sabor, el personal muy atento con los niños eso marca la diferencia cuando se viaja con niños.

Cons:

aunque no se va a ver televisión en un viaje pero siempre se utiliza un poco, el servicio de cable malito, se veia borroso el TV.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Hotellobby befindet sich in einem großzügig gestalteten Innenhof. Parken war direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten einen Voucher für ein Begrüßungsgetränk, passend zur längeren Anfahrt. Generell waren die Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich, egal ob am Pool oder im Restaurant. Unser Zimmer lag ebenerdig mit Blick auf den Pool.Der Aufenthalt war nach Karneval, deshalb waren vermutlich sowohl am Pool als auch Im Restaurant sehr wenige Touristen. Wie schon von anderen Gästen erwähnt, ist der angeschlossene Supermarkt sehr gut sortiert, allerdings auch nicht günstig. Die Stadt an sich hat leider nicht so viel zu bieten, trotzdem lohnt sich ein Besuch.
