Comfortable, clean and great location.
Pros:

Great location, very clean, staff immediate response to help with anything. Everything you need in unit.

Cons:

Had a problem with ants in kitchen area & tv in lounge kept losing signal or picture would blackout not sure if connection problem or tv was about to give up altogether.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful and Room was spacious, clean and tidy.

Cons:

There were no rails for people with disability, so every bathroom needs to have rails especially beside toilet areas and in shower units for elderly people with disability who travel. The outside balcony rail/ledge needed cleaning.

Another great hotel to stay at in Mackay
Pros:

Whilst I had use of a disabled bathroom, I really didn't need the space. A truly disabled person may have missed out.
