Pros:

Είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία Ταξιμ και με κοντινή στάση σε μέσα μεταφοράς.

Cons:

Μείναμε στο τρίκλινο δωμάτιο σε σοφίτα και έμπαινε αρκετό φως το πρωί και ζέστη. Στο ένα παράθυρο δεν υπήρχε καθολου κουρτίνα. Κατά τα άλλα όλα ήταν τέλεια.

Pros:

The hotel was quite comfortable. Everything was within walking distance, great location. And very nice and friendly staff. I would really like to note the work of Aygun, a very wonderful person and provided good service and solved all our questions.

Расположение идеальное! пару минут и ты на Истикляле. 10 минут до метро. Рядом есть кафе и магазины на любой вкус.

Cons:

В двухместном номере не было шкафа для одежды. И через раз меняли полотенце.

Reception team is very nice, professional, and welcoming. They gave us upgraded room.

Cons:

The decor is little dark. Hard to put luggage in each room. Safe box in both rooms did not work. There is some construction material in the hallway by one of the rooms we got.
Hotel street is little unpleasant.
There a side ally with steep hill that is where hotel is located and is by the police station so little unpleasant first impression. Appears like deserted back street.

Отель отличный! Расположение очень удобное, рядом Таксим, на тихой улочке (по ночам тихо, шума нет) в 2-х минутах от Истикляль. Номер довольно просторный, матрасы и подушки мягкие, свежие. Послельное белье - часто меняют - белоснежное. Уборка и замена полотенец ежедневная! Напор воды хороший, нет никаких проблем. Персонал супер приветливый, со знанием русского и английского. Мы очень довольны выбором и всем рекомендуем! Спасибо!!!

Awesome location and staff, though some shortages with services and facilities
Pros:

Awesome location and helpful friendly staff. spacious bright room. A very comfortable place to stay. Even fridge and microwave were provided.

Cons:

Dirty towels, sheets, and cups, broken facilities, not enough cups. When I complained, they said these shortages are normal for a three star hotel.
