Zu teuer für das , was geboten wird !!!!!

Frühstücksangebot war nicht überragend: Wir hätten uns z.B Gemüse oder frische Früchte der Saison gewünscht.
Obwohl es morgens schon sonnig und angenehm war, war die Terrasse nicht fürs Frühstück gedeckt. Jeder, der draußen sitzen wollte ,musste angefangen vom Besteck bis zu Tassen und Gläsern ........ selbst hinaustragen.
Wurden zwar upgegraded , aber das Zimmer war dunkel und im Küchenteil lag eine Mitteilung, dass das Benützen des Küchenteils untersagt war. Auch die Zimmerausstattung war mehr als karg.

"The location was absolutely amazing, situated right by the lake. We had a beautifully mesmerizing view of the lake directly from our balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, with a special thanks to Kai and Enes for their outstanding hospitality!"

Das war unser zweiter Besuch in diesem Hotel und wie im letzten Jahr eine sehr gute Entscheidung, dass wir dort die Nächte verbracht haben. Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig und bezogen auf die Dienstleistung des Hotels inklusive Personal Restaurant Angebot Lage kann man nur sagen mach bitte weiter so ihr seid ein tolles Team.

Doveva essere un weekend speciale per festeggiare un compleanno, è stata una mezza delusione
Pros:

La camera era spaziosa, pulita e curata,
Il bagno era pulito ed con alcuni dettagli interessanti come lo specchio ingrandente e la bilancia. Peccato che entrambi erano senza pile e quindi non era possibile accenderli.

Cons:

Essendo la stanza ubicata al primo piano il terrazzo dava sul tetto piatto del ristorante dove un cartellone enorme (l'insegna dell'Hotel) rovina la vista Panoramica sul lago e le erbacce troneggiano. Gli asciugamani erano calcolati per una persona. Non c'era una bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto ed il frigo minibar era rifornito all'osso. Per un 4 stelle svizzero siamo al limite basso. Colazione standard e ripetitiva, proposta di formaggi misera e una sola macchina caffé a disposizione.

Urlaub mit dem Fahrrad perfekt am Vierwaldstädter See
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am See. Wir konnten unsere E-Bikes gut abstellen und laden. Wir haben die beiden Restaurants des Hotels besucht und waren ganz zufrieden. Bei gutem Wetter Essen und Frühstück direkt am See. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad und eine freie Badestelle ganz in der Nähe. Herrlicher See. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderung zum Bürgenstock. Nettes Personal.

A beautiful place and amazing view across the lake
Pros:

When arriving asked to book into the car park and was told this was free for motorbikes. We were also upgraded to a junior suite. It was fantastic. Such good service and the food was great both nights. One in the main hotel and one in the pizza place. Would definitely go back

Cons:

No kettle in the rooms. Could of done with one for teas as had to go to main entrance to boil a kettle

Pros:
