Pros:

Personal dragut si amabil, serviabil. Curatenie si super varietate in mancaruri, nu am apucat sa gust intr-o saptamana toate variantele disponibile. Hotelul este amplasat la 15-20 de min de mers pe jos cu copii intre 3 si 5 ani. Parcare proprie, facilitati suficiente, structurate pe nevoile unei vacante de vara. A fost a doua vizita la aceasta locatie, si m-as mai intoarce si a treia oara.

I had a wonderful stay at Kleopatra Ramira Hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations—from the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas to the friendly and professional staff. The hotel is well organized, comfortable, and offers excellent service.

A very special thank you to Chef Hassan. His food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful dishes every day. He truly made our dining experience exceptional.

Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our family vacation so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be happy to stay here again.

Barda Onur ve Genel Alanlarda Selami Abi, ismini sayamadığım birçok servis elemanı işini canla başla yapıyordu. Havuzlar temiz bakımlı, Mutfak ekibi ve şefe lezzetlerinden ötürü teşekkür ederiz. Pideci abiye allah yardım etsin o sıcakta. Birkaç olumsuz deneyime rağmen, genel olarak olumlu bir deneyim yaşatan tüm ekibe teşekkürler.

Check - in de rezervasyon yaptığımız oda tipinin mevcut olmadığını söyleyen resepsiyondaki arkadaş herhangi bir şekilde yardımcı olamayacağını söyledi. Sağ olsun müdür bey bir sonraki gün yardımcı olabileceğini söyledi ve bize yemek ısmarlayarak gönlümüzü almaya çalıştı en azından. Check out gününde de odada birkaç kıyafetimizi bırakmış olmamıza rağmen onları biz kahvaltıda iken hk ekibi kaldırıp bir kenara atmış odayı saat 12 ye kadar kullanma hakkımızı da elimizden almışlar boşalttığımıza kendilerince kanaat getirmişler. İlgili şikayetlerimizi yaptık. Yine de fiyat performans açısından tekrar tercih edilir mi, bence edilir.

Wederom tevreden!
Pros:

Heerlijk kleinschalig. Komen hier al meerdere jaren.
Vriendelijk personeel. Dit jaar voor het eerst in de zomer ipv mei vakantie. Geen mega resort met 100 verschillende keukens maar gewoon alles schoon, netjes en op smaak. Qua eten is er atijd keuze: vis, vlees, kip en vega, aangevuld met pasta/rijst/aardappelen en veel lekkere salades. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Kortom; aanrader!

Cons:

Druk vergeleken met de meivakantie. Veel mensen die al vroeg hun handdoek op de zonbedjes leggen waardoor deze continu bezet lijken.
