This is to intercontinental management, I was paying for a 5 stars hotel looking for the minimum which is to rest. How on earth you do renovation from early morning till night and I know about it from a paper on a table after the checkin !! Could not sleep and was annoyed all the morning you did not even bothered to reserve a room far away from the construction given the fact the hotel clearly not fully utilized. This is the last time ever I step into this place, you are disrespectful and you dont care. Had to fly tired, drive to home tired and you ruined my entire travel congrats to you

Pros:

Staff were incredibly kind and professional. The hotel is in a fabulous location and facilities are fantastic. We were very impressed with everything, especially our upgraded room upon arrival. Breakfasts are delicious with a great variety of options.

Pros:

Good location. Nice hotel. I arrived early and they accommodated me and upgraded me which was very much appreciated. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the main bedroom wouldn’t turn off or allow for the temperature be adjusted; it was too cold. A technician came but nothing was done.
