Breakfast
The room size was adequate. Parking was convenient. It seemed fairly clean but it was old and needed updating.
The noise level was very disruptive. There is no soundproofing between floors. People checked in above us late around midnight and it sounded like they were playing basketball. It was very loud and kept us awake. You could hear every door slam along the hallway. We did not stay there the second night of our reservation and could not get our money back. Breakfast area was small and crowded so we did not eat there. Bathroom was very small.
Host - Yamini was friendly and helped us a lot in providing free bus passes to Niagara and accomodated luggage after checkout
I really love the total darkness as it made me sleep well

The bedding was clean and comfortable.
Front office is a basic teller/counter (like a bank) with some unlikable smell. But once entering the hallway to the room it felt better. Breakfast and breakfast area require a lot of improvement.

obvious water damage that the staff didnt seem to take seriously. i could smell mold in the room and the blankets/towels/carpets were all damp.my partner and i had been camping before this, so we ended up bring our sleeping bags in for the night.

we only stayed for one night, but for that it was really good, clean and good location like around 10 mins from niagara falls by car
