- Check in take so long
- pass me the bag of controllers and room key but didn’t tell me what is my room number. But told me the level of my room. I thought the number is on the keycard and i went to two different floors also can’t access the room number. Called them, then only they say the number is on the tv remote! What??? Who puts room number on remote control instead of the card.
- once I get into the room realise is facing the main road and the sound of the road is too noisy and I called them to request changing room. And they ask me to go down to change card. So with all my luggages and sweaty because of not able to locate my room earlier and now have to carry all things go down to take the card where I think the staff could have done that better.
- the toilet suction fan was so loud that it woke me up in the middle of the night
