La tranquilidad para dormir, ni un ruido!!! Las camas cómodas, las instalaciones originales, la atención del personal ( limpieza, restaurante, recepción) muy profesionales y amables. Recomendable para repetir!!!

Cons:

Si le dieran un poquito más de tiempo a las limpiadoras, para limpiar de vez en cuando las paredes del baño, queda feo ver las manchas al tras luz de las manos y gotas. Pero para el tiempo que les deben dar, que seguro es poco, está bien.
También mejoraría en el desayuno el salado caliente ( la tortilla de patata estaba seca, parecía del día anterior ) y la oferta no era nada atractiva, el resto del desayuno bien ( se agradecería huevos fritos o a la plancha).

Pros:

Gute Lage des Hotels am Fluß, nicht weit weg vom Zentrum. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage.
Vielfältiges Frühstück, gutes Abendessen, nettes Personal.

La gentillesse des femmes de chambre et du voiturier.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à l’occasion de mon anniversaire et nous sommes malheureusement déçus par l’expérience vécue.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a manqué de chaleur et de convivialité. Le personnel ne nous a pas salués spontanément lors des jours suivants et ne s’est à aucun moment soucié de savoir si nous avions besoin d’aide ou d’informations concernant l’établissement.

Par ailleurs, une attention particulière avait été noté pour mon anniversaire, mais celle-ci n’a finalement jamais été mise en place …

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück war super, insgesamt gut, vielen Dank!

Am Sonntag war eine Sängerin beim Frühstück, die schön gesungen hat und eine tolle Atmosphäre gezaubert hat.

Café da manhã bom com várias opções, um pouco afastado da Ribeira

Acessibilidade para chegar ao hotel com mala, falta banheiro na recepção do hotel. Sabemos que é um edifício historico, mas poderia melhorar para idosos
