A decent breakfast, a pleasant atmosphere

Cons:

We were told there was no air conditioning when we checked in, but we were prepared for that. There was rubbish in the room, probably left by the previous guest. In the bathroom, there was only one set of towels – enough for one person – and there were two of us staying there. But the most interesting thing happened the next day when we went for breakfast. The hotel’s check-out time is stated as 12 noon, but when we returned to our room at 9.40 am, a member of staff was already there, taking out the rubbish and collecting the water bottles. When we pointed out that we still had time before check-out, he said he needed to tidy up the room and that we could stay on. However, he had already changed the bed linen. I was shocked by this behaviour.

The location of the property was good

It was way to hot in the room and the room wasn’t cleaned to well. The breakfast was also quite stale.

Pros:

Me gustó el coche deportivo que está en la parte de la entrada del hostal .

Cons:

No me gustó que no había aire acondicionado ni ventiladora
Había mucho polvo en la habitación.
La habitación estaba en la última planta , hace muchísima calor.
Recomendaría que mejoren sus instalaciones.

Good because of nice personal, clean and affordable place.
Pros:

Personal is very nice and I like hospitality they provide.

Im ganzen Hotel viel zu hohe Temperaturen
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Bei einer Außentemperatur von 32 Grad hatte es im Zimmer 37 Grad. Keine Klimaanlage, kein Ventilator. Wir haben kein Auge zugemacht und die Reise vorzeitig abgebrochen!

Personal nicht freundlich und kompetent, schlechte Deutsch Sprachkenntnisse .
Feueralarm wegen Rauchentwicklung in der Küche , keine Information, bzw Beruhigung der Gäste
Bei 41 Grad nur 1 kleiner Ventilator im Zimmer, bei Nachfragen nichts zu ändern...für die nächsten Sommer müsste man " nachrüsten"....im Dachgeschoss auch nachts unerträglich!!!

On était en période de canicule et il y avait juste un petit ventilateur pas très puissant à disposition. Impossible de dormir avec une telle température. L'eau du robinet était tiède...Pas de boisson fraîche à disposition.
