La vista que ofrece, amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Aunqu en terminos generales está bien, deben considerarse realizar ajustes para que haya un ambiente más agradable. Entiendo que no reciben mucha ayuda gubernamental para su preservación pero hay detalles de las habitaciones que deben mejorarse
1. Puerta closet fuera de sitio, handle rotos deberían sustituirse/ repararse. Ganchos de ropa deberían cambiarse para dar aspecto más agradable
Disponer de más sábanas, frisas o colchas ya que hay que hacer uso de acondicionados de aires y al graduarse se tiene calor o se tiene frio por la falta de artículos que cubran a uno y hay que utilizar las toallas adicionales
2. Barandas que necesitan cambios y/o estabilizarse
3. Presión de agua en la ducha.
En una de las noches el agua se mantuvo fría, no hubo agua caliente.
Cómo indique, en términos generales está bien, tiene buena localización, habitaciones tamaño razonable, vista excelente, es un hotel familiar.

Uuuuufffff el desayuno fatal, pero fatal

Cons:

Poca comunicación del personal, el wifi horribleeeeeeeeee, y en sus efectos ni sistema de cable para uno ver las noticias, la habitación de suite no tenía nada, fuimos de celebración de aniversario y lo coloque como comentarios, ni la cama le pusieron unos muñecos con las toallas, no había servicio de nevera(ósea comestibles que uno pagará) el desayuno no era bufet y aunque no fuera como oferta era horrible , una sola crema a escoger, no, horrible. La tv había que golpear el control una empleada le puso baterías pero nada, no una desecion!!!

Basis goed, maar met wat aandachtspunten
Pros:

De locatie was heel mooi, je liep zo het stand op. Het personeel wat ontzettend vriendelijk en de bedden lagen lekker.

Cons:

De kamers waren gedateerd, daarnaast kon je de buren horen door de deur tussen de kamers. Verder was de kamer niet schoon en de wc bleef doorlopen. Het hotel kan wat liefde gebruiken, voor de prijs dat het kost.

Fabulous setting and pool, but tired rooms.
Pros:

Pool with swim up bar, view to the ocean and proximity to the beach. Good air conditioning and good shower.
Great as a wedding venue.

Cons:

Tired, ageing rooms. Only one small space for suitcases.
Meal at restaurant was re-heated and dry ( paella for 2). Restaurant service very slow except for food which was very fast (and not good).

Pros:

Location, pool, ocean view was beautiful, comfortable bed. Private balcony. It's an older hotel. With that in mind, I expected some cosmetic issues but I found it limited.

Cons:

Ramps were too steep. Making them hard on our handicaped legs. Toilet seat was loose, not safe, getting pinched is painful. (I LET THE HOTEL KNOW)

La vista al mar

Cons:

Cuarto , limpieza en las habitaciones como los alrededores . Facilidades dentro del cuarto como nevera mesa con silla para algún propósito de trabajo. Los baños sin equipos como jaboneras para poner pasta cepillos y jabones y shampoo en la bañera. Tanque del inodoro suelto se movía al sentarse con peligro de romperse. No habia colchas para arroparse....y muchos extras más.

This was a nightmare!! I paid for two night but leaving after one. It’s less than a motel quality.
Pros:

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The only thing nice about this hotel is the pool. If I could give this hotel a minus zero I would hang. Let’s start with the fact that everything is outdate to the dead bird and big old bugs in front of my room door. It’s a broken down motel at best. The bathrooms are dirty with rusted calcium filled hardware in the bathroom. I showered with my flip flops in cause I’m skeeved out. There are zero amenities. You’re lucky to get a small crappy bat of soap. No fridge, no iron, no hair dryer….there is nothing. The closet door is broken and the windows cousin looks like it belongs in a horror movie. The entire room looks like a rachet motel. The walls are think. The pillows are flat and the beige gross blankets have seem better days. I’m beyond upset to have paid so much for a two night stay. They have one restaurant that closed at 8. That’s it. This is a no frills place literally charging money for a gross out date and scary room. The bugs alone make you cringe. I’m only here because my friend decided to have a wedding get. I don’t think I will be able to sleep tonight. Save your self from this nightmare! Don’t do it!! Look at the picture there are bugs on the mattress.

Un ambiente tranquilo, personal muy amable y serviciales. Area de las piscinas y restaurante bonitas. Paisajes hermosos!

Cons:

En la habitacion al jacuzzi no le servian algunas funciones y salia agua por debajo. Algunos rincones de la habitacion no estaban muy limpios.

Needs to improve but it has potencial
Pros:

Rooms without fridge, a lot of mold, broken toilet, cats asking for food and being aggresive with visitors, dirty pool. Overpriced for what they offer. They put on hold $100 which didn’t tell me in advance. However, treatment was great and a peaceful location
